Miracle Method Surface Restoration

This company is awesome. From start to end it took only eight days. From the first day the salesman came to my door until the time the installer left my home. I made the mistake of trying Bath Fitter first before Miracle Method. In three months I got told lies by Bath Fitters. Bath Fitters used stall tactics, phone calls were ignored, and procedure was not followed. Three months went by and no grab bars from Bath Fitters.
Eight days with Miracle Method and I am as happy as can be. The installer did a great job. He explained the process, showed me what parts being used and cleaned up his mess rather well. I am impressed with this company.
Bath Fitters need their license revoked.
Miracle Method is the way to go… Awesome job, awesome company.

P. S. It took three bath fitter employees to come out and 3 hours of doing nothing just to discover they couldn’t do the job due to the incompetence of their co-​workers at the office.
It took Miracle Method one person beginning to end 2 hours to install the grab bars and clean up and leave… doing a fantastic job.

We had them refinish our culture marble surround, and our old bath tub with a chip. It came out fabulous! We did faux granite on the surround, white on the tub and they are sealed as one piece. No more moldy caulk! $ 1700 for a all new tub and surround.
Our tech was Victor. He was prompt, polite and worked very hard. He practically ran all three days of the job and finished as promised.
We love the results. Yes, it was very stinky. The bathroom has no windows, but we have a swamp cooler so we just directed the air out the other windows. If you are sensitive to fumes, you may want to stay away during the job.

We hired Miracle Method to refinish a small surface of rust on a tub in our rental house. They requested pictures of the spot which we sent to them ahead of time. In the pictures it was clear that the area was rusted through. They told us that they could fix it and set an appointment for two weeks which was the earliest that they had. When the repairman arrived he took one look and announced that he could not, in fact, fix it. We had an appointment to put the house on the market which has now been delayed until we can have the tub replaced. Apparently they didn’t take the time to actually look at the pictures they requested.

Bath tub looks better than when it was new… process was simple and no added charges to original price. Workman was professional and even cleaned up after job was complete. Very pleased with results. Five year warranty on resurface. A lot less expensive than new tub replacement. Highly recommend.

I bought a house that had the kitchen countertops and sink resurfaced. Bathroom was done too. This product is horrible. It’s flaking out of the kitchen sink and chips easily off the counters. Instead of wasting money on this garbage, put your money towards new products.

I recommend this company. Had my kitchen counter resurfaced from formica (yeck!) to what looks like granite at the fraction of the cost. Dave was professional, curtious, and left my kitchen cleaner than when he started.

They refinished my tub for price quoted and did it on time. The process was simpler than i thought it would be. I would definitely use them again. Far more affordable than buying a new tub and the tub looks brand new.

Oh my gosh– how much time do you have for me to explain the HORROR of dealing with this company. The one star is because my shower does look very nice. The –4 stars are for the complete pain in the butt this process was. AWFUL.
First I was told that the tech would come on a Monday around 10. When I called at 11:30 to find out where he was, I was told by an extremely rude person that actually my window was 10 – 12. The tech finally showed up at 11:58. I have never dealt with a service that pushed the window so far. I also never had a reminder call or a «heads up» call like pretty much every other in-​home service provides.
Next, when the tech started I asked what «all day» meant. I was prepared that it would be the majority of the day, but wanted to know what he was thinking. He said he’d be here until about 6 or 6:30. He left at about quarter to 8. I was stranded from 10 – 8. Ugh.
I was told that the next day would be quick — he’d be here from 8 – 10 and I’d be able to use my shower again that night. I was also told there may be a «slight» odor. When the tech left at the end of day 1 he said he wouldn’t be back until 10 because he had to pick up the doors for the shower (why that was an extra 2 hours is totally beyond me). So I’d only planned on being home that day until 10, and now he wouldn’t even show up until that time. I assumed, based on the quote, that that meant he would be done by 12. When he came downstairs at 12 I asked about how much longer it would be. He said an hour and a half. What’s the hold up? I asked him and he said he was behind on the first day (that had already taken way longer than the estimate). He said he was sick. So on day 2 (that again, was supposed to be done by 10) he didn’t leave until nearly 3. But don’t worry — he STILL WASN“T DONE!!! The «slight odor» was so bad that I had to leave and spend the night at a friend’s house (after having had to sleep on my couch the first night due to mess/​smell). So on the 3^rd day of the project he came back. I asked him to be back «first thing» which, based on their scheduling I assumed to be 8. He came at 9 and took another 2.5 hours and said I can’t use the shower until tomorrow. And I will probably have to leave again because the smell is making me sick!
So to re-​cap: told it would take a day and 2 hours and that I’d be able to use the shower by the end of day 2. In reality it took 3 days and can’t use the shower until the 4^th.
When I called the office I was told by the same extremely rude guy I had talked to the day before that I misunderstood all the estimates. The owner (who, by the way, gave all the estimates) of the company called and in fact I had understood properly all the estimates but was basically told «things happen.» He took $ 50 off the total, which in the grand scheme of things ($ 1600) meant very little.
Basically — wouldn’t dream of recommending to anyone. ever.
as my friend said — maybe it’s called miracle method because it’s a miracle if they finish on time.

We cannot believe how beautiful our bathroom turned out after refinishing the tile, sink and tub. Our horrid 1960s pink tile is now a sleek and modern looking faux granite, and our sink and tub look brand new. They have lots of choices for faux stone colors. Staff were all professional, prompt and took huge effort to do an outstanding job. My only concern was that the house would have a chemical smell after the work was done, but it has not. We highly recommend this company for a cost effective quick fix.

Friendly, prompt and courteous. I had the bottom of my defective Lasco fiberglass tub/​surround reinforced to resolve cracking issues, and the tub is better than new. The only variable at this point, is how the tub fares in the long term. In the meantime, I’m happy to report that these guys are good workers!

We have been in the process of finishing our remodel on our main bathroom, and the last piece to this was to get the tub refinished. My husband told me about Miracle Method as he had seen their work before on other remodel jobs. They sent a very nice young man (Garrett) to my house last week, and he did a stellar job bringing my bathtub back to life/​service. It is an old iron tub that went from being chipped and faded and now looks brand new. Garrett was professional, courteous, and cleaned up his tools/​equipment very well. I would recommend their service to anybody wanting to freshen up the look of their bathroom tub. BTW… The resurfacing only ran $ 475, and that is a lot better than having to replace that iron monster.
