Michael Adams has over 25 years of Mortgage experience. He has contributed growth and success as a Sr. Underwriter to major corporations such as Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Mr. Adams is a well rounded individual in the mortgage industry. He has extensive experience in lending, operations, processing, sells, and underwriting. Utilizing his expertise, he opened his own mortgage company; City Funding Inc… Mr. Adams was responsible for developing and leading all departments to fuel rapid cost effective company growth, while building a strong investor and customer relationship. Within 3 months Mr. Adams was able to take City Funding Inc. from $ 11 million a month production to $ 17 million a month, through a «Train the Broker» Program, that was developed by Mr. Adams. When he is not working hard, which is not often, he enjoys playing a competitive round of golf.
