Mendez Luis I DDS

I love this place. I was terrified of going to the dentist for many years because I knew I had to get some work done. I finally sucked it up and booked an appointment with Dr. Mendez. Every single person in the office is super friendly and caring — from the front-​end staff to the techs and hygienists to Dr. Mendez himself. Dr. Mendez is very honest and straightforward about what kind of work needs to be done to get your mouth into great shape. I love that he doesn’t pressure you to get any unnecessary work done. After several appointments, I am happy to say that Dr. Mendez has given my mouth and teeth the seal of approval. Another great part of this office is that there is nearly no wait time when you go in for your appointment. The longest I’ve had to sit in the waiting room is 5 minutes. I’m so glad I found this place!

I’ve had many bad experiences with dentists and could not find an office where I felt comfortable, then I found Dr. Mendez’s office. I’ve been going here for several years now and am so happy that I found this place. Dr. Mendez is amazing and does great work. He is very personable and accomodating. On a couple occasions my husband and I were experiencing some pain and I called in and they squeezed us in the same day with no problem. The ladies in the office are also very nice. They all work as a fantastic team and you can just feel the vibe that they all love working there, it’s just a good positive atmosphere. I have literally tried over 10 dentist offices in the past five years and Dr. Mendez’s office is by far the best. He makes you feel at ease and is good at working with patients who experience anxiety.

I’ve been going to this man for almost ten years, since I’ve been responsible enough to book my own dental appointments after the recommendation of his previous employee and BFF of mine. There previously was a Filipino dentist that he was partners with at this location, that even this Filipino employee still recommended the Espanol Dr. Mendez– being the better dentist. So I went with it and have not been disappointed. He has been flexible and accommodating of my circumstances in all these years. My kids enjoy their visit and always look forward to their free bouncy ball, toothbrush, and toothpaste. He makes the best oral recommendations. I am a lifer for a reason. Maybe you should stop in and find out why.
PS. Only reason I didn’t give him 5 stars is because I haven’t gone anywhere else that I can remember to compare him to.
