History

Established in 2003.

Founded by Myles McMahon and Jim Phillips in 2003, McMahon Phillips began as a small residential Real Estate firm focused on helping buyers, sellers and investors buy and sell Real Estate. McMahon Phillips is now run by CEO Myles McMahon and helps clients in the greater Sacramento area including El Dorado, Placer and Yolo Counties. In 2010 opened an East Bay branch focusing on Alameda and Contra Costa Counties.

Upon meeting Myles we told him three things; I needed a decent kitchen (I am a professional cook), a small yard (so we could dig in the dirt) and away from any busy streets (our condo is across from a lively sports bar).
