Mike McKinney is a gentleman and a craftsman. On top of his skills as a contractor he is also a very patient person who works within budget and was tolerant of numerous plan changes that I made while deciding how I wanted to upgrade my new house in Sacramento.
The project I had in mind shifted from a outdoor shower install and deck redo to a full bathroom add on with patio redo… I then changed my mind about the bathroom and shower install and Mike didn’t say a word, just came up with a new estimate for just the deck work and patiently provided good service and communication. He even came through for me when another person working on my house got in over their head on some siding issues; he added on the patch job for a very reasonable fee.
I am very happy with my new patio. Mike’s prices are reasonable and his work is top notch, I will certainly be using him for any future home improvement work.
