In addition to Tile & Stone installations and Bathroom remodels, I also offer professional floor tile removal/demolition, clean up and haul away. I remove all types of flooring. VCT tile, carpet, sheet vinyl, ceramic tile, saltillo, glue down wood floors wood, stone etc. we also remove completed bathrooms down to bare studs. I will remove all the tile and scrape all the thinset until I will leave the floor smooth and ready for any kind of flooring.

I had Andrew remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen floor. He is very personable, soft spoken and takes great pride in his work. He helped me choose the tiles, vanity tops, plumbing fixtures and lighting! He is wonderful! I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who wants any tile work. We needed to get my Grandma’s bathroom tiled and after calling a few contractors in the area we decided to go with Mays. When we scheduled for them to come out to give us a bid, they showed up ON TIME, gave us a bid for the job which was accurate, and were very professional. I liked how Andrew took the time to listen to what my grandma wanted and made sure to make her feel comfortable with how the job was going to go– and end up looking. Mays Tile showed up on time, WORKED CLEANLY, and took the time to get everything straight and made sure we were comfortable with how things were turning out as they were working. The bathroom tile came out PERFECT! The floor, the shower, the walls, everything was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a truly professional tile contractor. You get what you pay for, especially in the trades. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Mays Tile again if I ever need a tile guy.

Just had Andrew Mays from Mays tile remodel our master bathroom. We love it!!! He is very professional, hardworking and makes sure you are satisfied with the finished project. We had the bathroom remodeled 3 yrs ago by a company that didn’t know what they were doing and had major leaking. Andrew came in and fixed all that should had been done and more. He got it finished in a reasonable time for a very reasonable price. We love him and will be having him remodel another bathroom in a month. He is the best!

We also found Mays tile on Unilocal and are happier beyond belief. Andrew took our bathroom from a 1990’s bathroom with outdated fixtures and completely turned it into a beautiful modern oasis. Andrew was a dream come true, all the way from his pleasant personality, attention to detail and complete dependability. On a particular Monday he was planning to spend the day with his family and actually asked «our permission» to have the day off!!! What contractor now a days does that? When we weren’t completely happy with the bullnose that came with the tile we had ordered, Andrew made an alternative suggestion that proved to exceed our expectations. His creative, artistic eye is one that not only makes Andrew an amazing craftsman, but a true ARTIST. On a scale of 1 – 10, we would give Andrew a ranking of 50!!! Andrew Mays of Mays Tile is the absolute best: Kind and polite; Efficient and timely; A hard working perfectionist. Andrew tiled my bathroom shower and floor, as well as the floors in an additional bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. He helped coordinate my room tile configuration, grout colors, and kept me in the loop for all questions or possible changes. I got every room exactly as I wanted. I have no regrets. I stumbled across Mays Tile here on Unilocal and thought I would give then a try.
Andrew (the owner) is a perfect gentleman. He is soft-spoken yet incredibly personable. He takes great care in your home and great pride in the work product which is attached to his name. His work ethic, perfectionism, keen eye for detail and commitment to timelines are not usually qualities found in the construction industry. Andrew and Mays Tile is the anomaly and he goes above and beyond what is normal. It spoke volumes that he showed up to work every day in a collared shirt. That may sound like a strange thing to take note of but I believe it speaks to his professionalism.
Andrew was a fantastic communicator and was respectful of our need to run a household while having construction done. Andrew interacted with the children who were a part of my family and treated them with respect — even engaging my six year-old who was enamored with Andrew and his work.
The final work product was fantastic. We are so very happy with the results of his hard work. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew and we will certainly use him on our next project!
