This is not the correct location for him any longer (unless he is here as well?) he is on c street as well as y street. He just preformed my knee surgery a week ago, and he did a wonderful job! He is such a caring doctor and listened to all of my concerns and helped me out a lot with my brace and such. The post op today went great and I am so happy I was sent to him! Everything is looking great, this was my first surgery so far, so it’s very enlightening how well it went. Highly recommended Dr. Marder!

Best orthopedic surgeon/​doctor you will ever find! I have ruptured my ACL in my knee twice and Dr. Marder fixed it both times! He knows what he’s doing and is very straight forward and I trust him completely!!! You just can’t find great doctors like this anymore.

My wife has had excruciating knee pain for 4 – 5 months and on a UC Davis referral went to see Dr. Marder to see if surgery was in order. He basically told her that she was fat and until she lost a lot of weight there was nothing he could do. Surgery wouldn’t help her. Lose about 100 pounds and then we will talk. Otherwise don’t bother me.
That is not what he said but it is what she heard. She came home depressed. Went to Sutter and had her surgery last week. Doctor Marder needs to grow up and realize not every human being runs marathons. Being overweight does not make someone less of a person. Being arrogant makes someone less of a doctor.
Don’t see Marder unless you are in top shape. And then why see him at all.
