And please don’t tell me that that broke down car will help me get my credit up. Your a sales man not a banker. Terrible service i went down the street to sun valley motors and got treated a lot better. The sales manager here down talked us like we were peasants sorry together 7 grand a month (the two of us) first time buyer do not tell me nowhere else will approve me and take it or leave it, well I left it and you called back only to give me a shitttier deal 550 a month??? On a 12 with all those miles !!! NO NO NO TO THE HELL NO! I was treated a lot better down the street and approved and my car note is half of that!
Note to owner: do not be little your customers and do not push the sale, it makes your customer not want to close a deal, even after we hold them give us a day they kept pushing it! Never again!

Bought my truck from them a couple weeks ago. Their sales team was very helpful and responded to an email inquiry about the truck quickly. A couple days ago the alternator went out on the truck and Lance (their mechanic) fixed it for me free of charge although there is no law requiring them to. It’s this kind of service that separates the good car lots from the bad.

We just purchased a 2013 Honda Accord, got a great deal with no money down & the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was very nice & informative, would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car & will be back in the future! Thanks again

This is my 2^nd time purchasing a vehicle from M&S. Just needed a commuter car, nothing fancy. Traded in my 2000 Nissan maxima for a 2002 Toyota corolla. Drives well and saves on gas. Talk to Ernie he’s a good guy.

I went to these guys because they had a Jeep I wanted. They were nice and all, but I get the feeling they are shysters. They wanted about 25% down and around 28% interest. Now I know my credit isn’t all that, but after leaving their lot, I was able to pick up a similar vehicle at Carmax in Elk Grove with no down and a lot less interest. I would recommend that people steer clear of this place at all costs.

I purchased a 2004 Honda Element from M&S Auto on 11÷6÷2015 because a week prior I had totaled my Toyota tercel in and accident me needed a new daily driver for work (I worked in Davis at the time). I spent a day driving around looking at Nissan Altimas but decided I wanted a Honda Element by the second dealer ship. M&S was the last dealership we went to in the day they had a huge selection and pleasant workers. I was helped by Victor who was very respectful and courteous. He showed me the two Elements they had in stock a 2004 for $ 8,995 and a 2005 for $ 10,000. They were both a little out of my price range. I drive the 2004 and loved it. He assured me that ALL the vehicles they buy have recently been completely tuned up, cleaned, and fitted with new tires. I had to make a decision. Did I want to keep looking or did I want to go out of my price range? He said he could knock off another $ 1000. I was sold. Three weeks after buying the vehicle my check engine light came on. I was nervous because it had never happened in my 1997 tercel. So I called up M&S auto to see if they could fix it since I had a month long warranty. They said they would scan it but all vehicles are working and sold as is. They took an OBD2 Meter to it and it came back with code P0300(Random Misfires). I asked the technician should I get it fixed he said no, not to worry and turned it off. Two months ago my engine light came back on and stayed. I called them again but they refused to help. I took a look at the car fax and old car information they gave me CARFAX HAD NO RECORD OF ANY TUNEUP IN THE RECORDED LAST 3 YEARS!!! So I took it to a a trusted shop where my friend works and they diagnosed it for me with an OBD2 meter again they informed me that my ignition coils, spark plugs, and a rotor needed to be replaced. I personally inspected them having some knowledge on cars and agreed. They did have to charge me stop even tho it was a friends shop. They gave me a discount from the price I would have paid. The original total for all the parts was $ 780!!! So I was forced to pay an extra $ 1000 dollars for a car that I was promised was an excellent daily driver just to keep it running on top of my monthly payments and other bills. That is why I say DONT TRUST M&S AUTO.

DO NOT GO HERE! They promised me a car I had already made arrangements with them about. Was coming in the next day so excited for my future car, ready to sign the papers. As i called the dealership while on my way, i got the news that they had just sold my car as the first sale that morning. The only reason i gave them 1 star is because it doesn’t allow me to give 0 stars. Trust me, and DO NOT go here. Chevy gold rush in auburn is the way to go.

I am really satisfied with my purchase and the service I received so far. However, the salesmen can be really pushy. I visited a few days ago to look at cars and Victor went above and beyond to help me. I decided to give myself some time to think it over before buying, and arranged to come see Victor again. When I came back, I was told Victor was showing a car and was given a credit application to fill out while I waited for him. I didn’t realize that would result in someone else taking the sale. The salesman was very kind but I specifically asked to wait for Victor, since he had put in all the work and went above and beyond to work with my needs. I will likely be a returning customer here and highly encourage others to give Victor a shot because he was persistent in finding me a car but did not push me to buy when I wasn’t ready.

I bought a Toyota Camry here and I’m very pleased with my purchase. I got a great deal on the car and they did have a great selection of cars. I didn’t want to go over a certain amount and Mohammad did not pressure me in any way but helped to find a great car in the price range I was looking for. I would recommend this place to a friend.

I like most people don’t like going to car dealerships. I don’t know if it’s the «pressure» most car sales people give off or the negotiating or both, but today was a different experience. My husband communicated with Robert (the sales person who in the end sold us our car) beforehand so when we got there, he knew exactly what we wanted. I swear we spent at most an hour and a half there, and that was probably the shortest amount of time we ever spent when trying to buy a car. Robert didn’t try to pitch us your usual sales man talk. He was super friendly and made the entire sales transaction smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to buy a car. Thanks Robert for the positive experience!

I was really excited for the car shopping for my new car but I didn’t get the service i was expecting. The staff members were really pushy, instead of giving me the information about the vehicle, there more focus was on how much cash I have in my pocket. I don’t like to be judged by people on the way I dress. Just disrespectful… They just lost a customer!

We purchased a GMC Yukon denali from this dealer. The vehicle so far is alright, except for having to replace the trunk/​hatchback latch immediately after purchase because it was broken. We were not told it was faulty. We found out on our own when we tried to secure and lock the vehicle and it would not lock. That fix cost us $ 139, it would have been more but we did the work ourselves.
Next issue I have with them is they did not fill the car up with gas and it was on Empty when we left. They gave us $ 20 dollars for gas, we barely made it to the gas station. As anyone can tell you, $ 20 barely gets you a ¼ of a tank in an SUV.
If that was all, I would have given them a higher rating. However, Gus offered us the vehicle for $ 12,900 but when we tried to get it for that price his «boss» wouldn’t go for it. Then they told us the loan was over 5 years initially, but then pulled a bait and switch with the financing. They said they could get the interest rate down if we went with another bank and bought the gap insurance and extended warranty. So we did said okay. Unfortunately they did not point out they were able to do this by dragging the payments out for an additional year. This is the second time a used car dealer has pulled this shit on me and this time I’m let people know.
Double check everything before you sign it, they will act like they’re trying to «help» you but really they just want money in their pocket, and kick backs for selling the extra insurance/​warranty. End result, the vehicle is costing us around $ 18 000 plus interest.
Just a side note… now the service tire monitoring system light has come on. I hate buying used cars but I hate used car dealers even more! They all must go to the same shady used car dealer training.

I love this place!!! I bought my car a couple of days ago and the guys were awesome there. I hate when you go to a dealership and they follow you around like vultures but not here. I was able to look around with ease and comfort. Once I did find the car I liked, the owner did everything he could to make sure I was able to go home with it. I wanted tint on my windows and they did it the very next day. They even dropped the car off at my work when it was done. How awesome is that!!! I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I just left from this place and I’m absolutely disgusted. my mother is looking for a new car so we get some info on the place and decide to go. We were no more than two feet away from our car and this guy Ernie or Eddie or whatever his name was started asking about money right off the bat. We didn’t even see any cars yet and he’s already in the money phase like geeze dude. So rude and disrespectful. Frankly, I feel one star is too much for the treatment my mother and I received. I do not appreciate being talked down to and I certainly don’t appreciate people talking to my mother like she’s some sort of imbecile. Never go to this place. EVER,

Mostly I hate car shopping and was totally prepared for my experience here to reinforce this.
How wrong can you be!
I was very pleasantly surprised. Their lot is extensive so lots of choice. No problem with test drives in many vehicles. Best of all is the low pressure sales technique. I was able to take my time, which ended up being a couple of visits over two days, pick the car I wanted and then negotiate a fair price. I would be happy to car shop at M&S next time!

I just bought an older VW rabbit for a GREAT price from M&S auto. I looked at lots in the Bay Area and Sacramento and found M&S the best to work with. I would send all my friends here!
I speculate that because they sell so many cars that they aren’t expecting to make a huge profit off of each one so you can get a nice used car for a reasonable value. There were a few minor things wrong with the car (glove box broken) that they agreed to fix so we are taking the car in this weekend to have those items worked on. I wanted to wait a bit to have the glove compartment fixed to see if anything went wrong with the car but so far… everything has been great!
Do your research, know what car you want and what it is worth and don’t be afraid to negotiate! But put these guys on your list of places to go!

Third time here. This time for my sister’s car. As usual went to Robert my favorite sales agent. Awesome as usual found her the car she wanted NO pressure NO hassle. Best part is I walked out with 2 cars, Robert was able to help me get another car for myself including my sister. I went there very late around 7pm due to my sister’s schedule, we didn’t get out until midnight because they went out if their way to make sure the banks approved us so we can drive off with the cars that nite. My sister was super excited with her 2006 Acura TL. I always wanted a truck so I settle for a 2002 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. SUV/​Truck. Affordable payments that fits both our budgets. I’m very happy with the service I get. I ask for it I get it. I really recommend going here. I’ve been to a lot of car places and this car lot is the only decent place for the $$$.

Him, Gus, Dominic and their amazing mechanic. I had found a car I really liked online and the reviews here were better than most. these guys have been around a while and a few folks I know in the industry said to go for it with them.
It was not completely smooth though… But wait for the outcome.
The car had some very minor issues upon visual inspection. One window regulator needed to be replaced and they had already ordered the part. We went into talk financing and there was quite a bit of negotiating but all in all I think they were on the up and up. Dominic made a small error that had a potentially big repercussion but was extremely upfront about the mistake and I do believe it was in good faith. That said they still went above and beyond for me. The car needed some fairly extensive work for the service schedule. They perform the work for free and did it quite quickly as well. There was another issue with the car that none of us could’ve predicted and though they had no liability they still offered to help me out a little bit with it and even covered the tow that I needed.
As of now I am the happy owner of the car and extremely grateful to them for giving me a hand when I needed it. Guys are good and if there something wrong just ask them if they can fix it!
