Our certified and knowledgeable staff will attentively listen to your areas of concern and use their intuitive therapeutic touch to treat your areas of discomfort. Our goal is to enable you to balance your own body’s Qi energy and permit your body to heal naturally.

We specialize in Swedish, Deep-​tissue, Acupressure, Ashiatsu (walk on back), Aromatherapy and Hot Stone massage, as well as Foot Reflexology. We utilize traditional Chinese methodologies in applying a combination of light touch, soft tissue, and deep somatic pressure to break up taught, tired muscles to alleviate your symptoms of stress and fatigue. If you are suffering from low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, sports-​related injuries, computer related pain, chronic headaches, stress, anxiety, or many other symptoms of discomfort, we are here to help. We will use the right techniques to address your specific needs and make you feel supported, comfortable, and relaxed. Please allow us the opportunity to help you on your path to healing.

I wouldn’t go back. First: they answer the phone «hello», so I actually had to ask «is this the massage place?» But I scheduled an appt anyways because they had same day openings.
Then when I arrived– there was no one at the front desk and the lights were off…
When someone did come out, she took me back without saying much, no waiver to sign, no asking of sore muscles or areas to avoid (like most spas do), didnt even ask my name.
Then once the massage started– the therapist touched my butt a little too much. I understand some people want this massaged but I think you should ASK first which body parts are off limits. I’ve had many massages before (at other facilities) and no one has ever given a butt massage. Since I was laying there naked I chose not to say anything (I just kept telling myself he was professional and just relax…)
Well I couldn’t relax much. I feel like they had no professional training and when you’re working with muscles i believe you need to be careful because you can cause damage if you don’t know what you’re doing.
All in all, its a clean place…

Just visited Life Spring for the first time and was so impressed. My fiancé and I went in and got two foot massages for an hour. It was fantastic! I have been to multiple places for a foot massage and this is the real deal. Very professional, exceptionally service, and great massages. We will definitely be back!

I’ve been to a lot of Chinese foot massage places in the Sacramento area, and this one is definitely a cut above the rest.
The massage itself was fantastic ($ 25 for an hour). Also what I liked is that they asked whether I wanted hard, medium, or soft pressure at the beginning of the massage, and it was consistent throughout. Nice environment too.
This will be my go to place from now on.

I got myself the Swedish massage and worked on the deep muscle tissue and boy oh boy it felt good. My body’s been sore all over due to three days of intense training and my masseur, didn’t even ask for her name, she did an amazing job.
I am surely will be back on a monthly basis to treat myself to a nice massage.

This massage store is amazing, I’ve been there couple of times since I moved there 3 weeks ago, the service is great and extremely friendly, the facility environment is fantastic and clean, everywhere had sterilized, especially massage appliances, the massage skill is perfect and very professional.

Had a excellent massage from Jason. It was one of the best massage I have received in a long time. He is strong enough to work the deep layers of me tissue and he had no problem. A very professional and relaxing environment. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing massage. Jason was awesome definitely going back.

My boyfriend and I went in for a massage. We never have bad experiences with massages, except this time. We have never been to this massage place. We called in an hour earlier before our appointment and requested 2 female massage therapists. When we got there the guy at the front desk told us that he only had one female and one male to do our couples massage. That’s not what we had booked the appointment for but we just wanted to get our massage so we went ahead with it. The guy I had was very good, but the lady who gave my boyfriend his massage had never given anybody a massage before. She was pressing on the spine and basically just rubbed lotion on him. She didn’t understand where the muscle anatomy was. We go to the front desk and tell them what happened, and the Caucasian guy proceeds to tell us that she is relatively new and that next time we should request a different lady. How are we supposed to know which massueses are not qualified? He did not offer us a discount or anything. That is not good business practice and we will not be back.

Blissful!
After a very long hike yesterday, I woke up with my feet and legs desperate for a massage. My usual massage place was fully booked, and so I found this on Unilocal.I am SO happy I came here. I was seen straight away and was impressed by the cleanliness and nicely decorated interior.
The massage itself was exactly what I needed. Good firm pressure, no hint of being rushed, the masseuse checked in with me, and had sensitive hands and attuned touch. I literally stood up from the massage feeling a lot better and my legs and feet are now vastly happier!
I talked with a staff member after who told me they’ve only been open for a few months. I want to support this business and hope that writing this review will help with that. I will definitely be back.

I was desperate to get a foot massage because my regular place (new Happy Day Spa) has been out of commission for a few months now because of some hold up with their massage license from the County.
Anyway…I started Unilocaling and although this place doesn’t have very many reviews it was close. I called and asked if they had an opening and how much for an hour foot massage. Yes they had an opening and 25.00 gets me and hour. YES!!!
So I go in and I’m greeted by Coco, a nice lady who takes me into the room where there are two rows of cushy massage chairs. I’m the only one there. First thing that comes to mind is «uh oh, they might not be good» but get positive and say «no one must know they are back here». The massage guy comes in, his name is Jason. Jason speaks very little English which is fine with me because I’ve had a talkative massage therapist before and I wanted to get up mid-​way butt-​nekked and run out screaming! He did ask if I wanted it hard, medium, soft” and that was all that needed to be conveyed.
Jason did a superb job just the way I like it so I am coming back!!!

Five stars for excellent foot reflexology massages — for me, my son and daughter. We called very last minute and Linda was happy to get us in for the last appointments of the evening. A perfect way to wrap up a wonderful weekend visiting my kids.
Jason worked on me, Sofia worked on my son and I think the owner herself worked on my daughter. Very solid technique and intuition in each case. We tipped each therapist $ 10 for working hard and taking great care of us.
I’ll be back whenever I’m in town visiting. And I know my kids will go back for more!

I’ve gone here several times since it opened. Extemely nice people. Very clean. I’ve gotten foot massages from Jason, Michael and Tina. All three were excellent. Body massage from Tina was great. She’s tiny but very strong. All in all great place. I would have to say best in the area!
