The Law Offices of James E. McGlamery represents employees in all Employment Law matters covered under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, statutory and/or constitutional provisions.
We represent those who are victims of discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation, age and nationality, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation.
We also handle cases involving violations of due process, invasion of privacy and defamation. Each case is handled with great care and attention in order to maximize the benefits of our legal expertise. We represent clients in both state and federal court and present cases before the State Personnel Board, Labor Commissioner’s Office and The Office of Administrative Hearings/Appeals
History
Established in 1985.
James E. McGlamery has over 30 years experience, specializing in representation of employees and protecting employee workplace rights. Mr. McGlamery is a member of CELA (California Employment Lawyers Association) and NELA (National Employment Lawyers Association). He is rated by his peers through Martindale-Hubbell, a national rating service. Mr. McGlamery is licensed to practice in all California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of California. He is an Arbitrator for the Sacramento Superior Court and serve as a Pro Tem Judge for the Sacramento Superior Court. Our firm provides quality service and personal attention to each of our clients.
