Unfortunately, I have had some pretty horrible experiences with attorneys. When I went to see Dave, I have to admit my expectations were fairly low. I had already felt defeated and was now on defense mode. This was a very short notice, high conflict family court case with an extremely aggressive opposing counsel. We were spared the cost and hassles of a trial and we ended up getting our rights back due to Dave and Sally really putting in some amazing effort and time!!! I can never thank you enough

Other areas of practice include defending parents in Juvenile Dependency Court (CPS cases), criminal cases including serious Felonies, administrative hearings, estate planning (wills and trusts), personal injury, civil defense, and immigration cases (cancellation of removal and naturalization).
Since it is just Sally and Dave, their clients get a tremendous amount of individual attention. They really get to know their situation and focus on their unique needs.
