Personalized service is what sets us apart from many other personal injury law firms. The initial meeting is free and an opportunity for the client to have all of their questions answered. Representation is on a contingency basis, so there is no money up front. The time in which it takes a claim to resolve depends primarily on how long it takes the individual to get healthy again. During that time we maintain communications with the client, addressing any issues that may come up along the way. In the event the client does not have access to medical care we assist in having them seen by whatever medical specialty is required. Once the client has achieved maximum recovery we attempt to resolve the claim with the insurance carrier. Not all claims are best suited for court, but in the event the insurance carrier is unreasonable in their offer at this point a lawsuit is filed. Our goal is to take whatever steps are necessary to ensure the client receives what is right and just.

History

Established in 1999.

Frederick J. Sette had been practicing civil litigation focusing exclusively on personal injury law since 1994. He has experience in handling injury and automobile cases stemming from motorcycles accidents, cars accidents, slip and falls, defective products, medical malpractice, and a variety of other circumstances wherein injury occurs. Mr. Sette handles injury cases ranging from muscle and ligament strains to catastrophic injuries which leave the individual permanently disabled.

Mr. Sette’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of the Pacific in 1991 and a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in 1994 wherein he received honors. Mr. Sette is a member of Sacramento Consumer Attorneys, Consumer Attorneys of California, Sacramento and San Joaquin County Bar Associations, and the American Bar Association.
