Words cannot describe what a help Alin has been regarding advising me on my up coming case. He is very easy to talk to and does not treat you like a criminal, but talks to you as if you were a personal aquaintence. I have a kid with high functioning autism and we’ve hired Alin to represent him as we weren’t getting the defense we needed with the public defender. Alin is great at answering his phone and has his calls routed to his cell after hours. It was $ 10k to hire him. There’s an arag discount if you are a member. He’s been integral for our goals of punishing the kid in a way that is severe enough to stick but not hampering his current therapy goals. We also had a large family event planned out of state already and Alin helped to get the judge allow my son to attend between court dates. The cost is a definite challenge but we already feel like we’ve gotten a lot of our goals met. Alin allowed us to set up a payment plan after the retainer was paid. He used to be a prosecuter so he knows most of the people in the courtroom and is on friendly terms with them. He’s a likeable, warm hearted guy I wish we’d met under different circumstances. His office in the Wells Fargo building has a pretty neat lobby if you have to wait. He allowed a last minute evening meeting. He is fluent in Romanian and German as well as English. Obviously brilliant, He’s a hard worker who used to have a paper route in my neighborhood. I assume he plays the guitar in his office.
