Let me start with saying that I used Jim as my lawyer to represent my custody case from 2001 – 2005. Jim and his paralegal Janine were outstanding to work with. My divorce and custody covered two countries, two states, and 3 counties. Jim was honest, and straight forward, and his accounting reliable. You are in good hands with him. He also communicates directly or through his assistant Janine; you are charged based on whom you deal with. I never questioned what was being done, where my money was spent, if things were filed.
Jim ultimately left my case after a few years of silence on behalf of my ex and his desire not to work outside of Sacramento county any longer. I would refer him to anyone in the Greater Sacramento area. As a team they are the exception to the rule on many levels.
