CALL us and a LAWYER will answer the phone! We defend ALL Felonies, DUI, Misdemeanors in Sacto, Placer, Yolo, El Dorado and throughout CA. Protect your job, family and freedom. We work very hard to make your situation better and get your life back on track. People need a great lawyer standing with them in court.

History

Established in 1994.

Over twenty years in the same location DEFENDING Good People who have had a bad day. When you call us you are speaking to an Attorney and NOT a receptionist. Isn’t that what you need right now? Since I became a lawyer I have accepted NO money from the government because how can I fight the Government if I get paid by the Government?

People need a great lawyer standing with them in court and not a washed out former prosecutor. There is no special knowledge you get working at the DA’s office; there is only a difference in mentality of tearing apart families or helping people who may have made a bad split second decision. We greatly respect the DA’s but have never wanted to work there.

Meet the Business Owner

David K.

Business Owner

I have NEVER wanted to be a District Attorney and put people in jail. For over two decades I have been DEFENDING people against the DA’s allegations. I help my clients keep their jobs, homes, families and freedom. I started out as an Enlisted man in the USAF and went on to get a BS in Computer Science (Cum Laude) and design multi-million dollar computer systems until I realized I wanted to help people more than design computers. I graduated from McGeorge School of Law and passed the Bar the first try. I immediately fulfilled my passion to help people by opening my Criminal Defense Law Firm at the same location it is today. I find fulfillment working with my clients to get them the best possible outcome to their unique cases. It is satisfying to see the look on their faces when I tell them I have a plan and it’s going to be alright.
