We’ve brought our daughter’s 2001 Bug in to these guys 2x and both times we were extremely satisfied with their honesty and a job well done. We’ve never dealt with such an honest shop, especially regarding a transmission. Second time turned out to be low transmission fluid, Bug’s have a closed system in which we ere unable to check it ourselves. Upon pick up we were told there was no charge! NO CHARGE even for diagnostics!!! We’re taking our other daughter’s Land Rover in for service ASAP.

Do NOT take your car to be repaired here! I have had to take mine back 5 times and each time I leave w the same problem. They have lied to me repeatedly about working on my car whilr it sits there for weeks. They refuse to give me a refund so I can take it to someone who knows how to fix my car. Don’t let these guys rip you off!
