Specialties
I specialize in conditioning training, fat loss, overall strength as well as nutrition. I set you up with everything you should be doing daily, our session does not end when the hour is up. I provide full workouts for the days I don’t see you and meal plans.
The best part is, I’m mobile; I can go to your house, gym, or local park. There are three types of sessions you can buy: personal training, boot camp class for 1 – 4 people, and TRX training classes.
NEW: Tues/Thurs morning cardio circuit class. This is the ultimate way to burn fat, pairing strength (boot camp) with my cardio class. Paired with the nutrition help I provide, most clients have seen a 4 – 6 pound drop in their first month!

Hey everyone! My name is Kristin and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and my specialty (and passion) is nutrition. I started off training a fitness boot camp in midtown Sacramento and have now expanded to mobile personal training. I currently write fitness articles for sacmidtown.com and hope to help people with everyday struggles of picking what foods to eat. I have helped people train for marathons and love sport training.
