After I lost my job in 2012, along w/​my insurance, I asked Kassie if I could continue to see her as a private-​pay patient. Since I’d been a client since about 1998 & had referred many of my co-​workers to her & we had developed a close patient/​doctor relationship, I was very happy. Her private pay fee was only $ 40. HOWEVER, when I tried MULTIPLE times to schedule an appt., I NEVER received a call back. She had made me a promise that she ended up refusing to keep. If she had changed her mind about keeping me as a patient, she should have said so & I would have accepted that & understood. Instead, her professional behavior was completely unacceptable & very disappointing.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Donoghue for years. Through 3 offices, I’ve followed her. She is great, and flexible. I’m a night shifter, so I like to call last minute and just stop by for a quick squish since I never know when I’ll be awake. She always fits me in, whether it’s for a quick appointment or the whole thing, including heat, and sometimes a tens machine. She has also been very helpful in getting my insurance paperwork sorted out. She was recently the chair of the California Chiropractic Association and always answers the many dumb questions I have. Oh, and she always has chocolate!
