JusticefactorX is a community based group, specializing in affordable court document processing, whether a case in contested, uncontested, in litigation currently; administrative proceedings, petitions/​responses, pre trial pleadings, civil discovery and legal research.

In most cases clients may not be represented by counsel but need to file court documents properly and may harm their own cases by doing the work improperly. Since all of our work is supervised by California legal counsel, admitted to Federal and all State Courts, clients have assurance that their submitted work is done correctly.

Some clients actually need to find and hire an attorney in which case we may be able to help you locate local counsel. We have over 20 years experience in working with the Courts/​the Court system. JusticefactorX does not avoid difficult cases but attempts to help those who need help the most.

History

Established in 2002.

JusticeFactorX has worked for years behind the scene, in conjunction with community groups, Facilitator offices, private counsel, other document preparers, and even legal aid groups. Most of our work is referred to us as many of our clients cannot afford full fledged attorney fees.

We find and work with counsel that are willing to sacrifice for others in order to provide affordable services – we do not work with attorneys that insist on charging huge sums by the hour. That is why we can usually save clients substantial sums on fees/​costs, and in return our clients then refer other clients that need help.

With the economic downturn, we decided to expand the community outreach efforts for affordable service. Nonetheless, we have over 20 years experience with the Courts and processing legal documents/​forms.
