John M. O’Brien formed his own firm in 1996 and has since specialized in providing personal and individual legal services to injured individuals. He began his career in 1990 at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison, one of the largest law firms in California, where he represented Southern Pacific Railroad and Fireboard Corp. With an excellent reputation for aggressive advocacy, integrity and an impressive record of significant jury verdicts, arbitration awards and settlements, John M. O’Brien handles a wide variety of Sacramento and Elk Grove personal injury cases.
