Joe just came to my office to repair my seat. He gave me a window of time that he said he would arrive, and kept his commitment. Joe did the job well, and charged a fair price for the work he did. In addition the the repair, he went above and beyond by detailing the seat in the area where he did the repair. I would recommend Joe for fabric repair.

Arrived on time with a call on the way. Fixed a cosmetic fender-​bender to perfection. I was skeptical, but the results were great. Don’t know about the detailing or other services but this guy is talented with repairs. Saved me buckets of money not needing to replace an entire front bumper. Will totally use him again.

Well here’s a new one for the books. Seeing as a review has been long overdue I decided to write about my most recent experience. Unlike all my other reviews it won’t be about my latest food rendezvous but rather, a recount of a mobile detailing experience.
Let me preface it for you. I have a buddy, it is my 2010 Toyota Scion. This bitch goes everywhere with me. She is my most reliable friend, she gets me anywhere in a heartbeat when I am in a hurry. She gets me home safely when I am drunk (KIDDING) and she’s seen me at my worst and my best. I have been a weeping nucleus in this vessicle of love, a broadway singer in this car, alicia keys in this car and so on so forth. This car means the world to me. ANYONE that doesn’t know me though would know that even though it is a 2010 model and the year is currently 2013 —the car looked like it was circa 1992, therefore no one would believe I love this car. Scars of garage doors closing on it and other memorable stories, countless bumps and scratches from inconsiderate hearts and AHEM owner and there you had it, that was my car and for the longest time I didn’t think there was anything I could do to salvage it.
This morning I got to experience the joy you see people relish on commercials when their significant other comes driving home or surprises them with a BMW WRAPPED IN A GIANT BOW (AKA BACON WRAPPED FILET MIGNON [JK])
The love of my life spoke of Joe Mars and a living social deal he couldn’t pass up. He drove home in my best friend (LOL NO PUN INTENDED) and screamed from downstairs to «check out my new ride/​whip» I come downstairs like a kid in a onesy on Christmas morning and scream out «Oh babyyyy! you’re so pretty!» I looked at him and said «you too» lol but really. Joe Mars, did a great job, my car looks brand new like the princess it deserves to be. There’s but a ghost of a whisper to be said of the damages I thought would be irreversible and it’s a relief to know there is somewhere I can go to that isn’t just affordable but the quality of work and care is imminent. Because lets face it, accidents happen and if you’re paying x amount a month don’t you want your car to look it’s best always?

I purchased a groupon for mobile detailing, made an appointment and joe called the morning of to say he’d be late, then never showed up. After two weeks of calls and leaving voicemails, he finally called back and rescheduled but he never showed up to that appointment, nor did I receive a phone call letting me know he wasn’t coming. The groupon has expired, and I still haven’t received my car service, and on no account was it because of lack of participation in my part. Very disappointed.

Joe was very timely, convenient, and professional. He saved me alot of money on his detailing by getting rid of dings that would have cost me hundreds, or maybe thousands of dollars if I took it to an autobody shop. I would refer him to any one who has dings or scratches that they think will cost too much money to repair. He also detailed my husbands convertible mustang and made it a very sellable car, and repaired the convertible top. Not only does he do detailing, he removes dings, fixes convertible tops, and upholstery repair. He does everything. The detailing he does, he comes to my office so it makes it convenient for me. He’s great!

Ill start off by saying Joe and his partner seem like absolute gentlemen and def passionate about their jobs, however my professional opinion about the work is as follows! The quality of work that was giving was very mediocre for the amount of money that I was charged for ! There was left over wax in the tiny crevices in my car (door jams, handle area, and rubber and the windows) I’m very disappointed because I had high hopes for outcome and unfortunately they just weren’t up to par. If there is an ETA given… add a few hours to that and also don’t catch him if there’s a sports show scheduled that day. To all the future customers, I hope you have better luck than I did.

Joe reached out to me after realizing I was a little salty about the work that was given and wanted to redeem himself… and that he did. Joe and his team came back out and went back over my car and explained what could and couldn’t come out during the waxing process. I really appreciate the fact that he reached out to me and wanted to make things better. Joe and his team have def redeemed themselves in my book.

Made a appointment the first time he had to change. that was no biggie so i made it two weeks out from there to make sure everything was a go. Well when that time came he was a no show. Unreliable!!!
Joe did call and try to make it up. So I gave him 3 stars instead of 1. I will not use his business for other reasons but I’m sure he does good work based on other reviews

I had my 2012 Mustang GT for exactly a week when I hit some big piece of boucing metal on the highway. It gouged a couple scuffs in the plastic bumper and left several scrapes and scratches. I found Mars on Unilocal so I gave Joe a call. Our schedules were conflicting so he suggested I stop at his house on the way to work and he drove me to work. The bumper is fixed and my brand new car is brand new again. I only had to miss twenty minutes of work. One more thing, this is Kona Blue in color. It is a pearlescent metallic blue that kind of looks purple under light. I just checked it with a flashlight and the area he did still has that effect. The texture of the clearcoat is just a shade different than the factory but he warned me that it would be. He said he can sand that up at a later date after it cures if I want but I don’t yet know if that will be necessary. I’ll probably wax it first before a make a decision on that. Overall I am happy with the job, the price, personal service, and straight talk.

This is a long overdue review, but thankfully I haven’t forgotten to follow through with it.
At the last minute, I was ready to sell my older Honda Civic and needed it to primped and polished for the best trade-​in value I could get. With that, Joe was great. When I called him, I think I may have woke him up from sleep. However, he kindly agree to rush over to help me out. He even let me use his online coupon.
Overall, he did a fantastic job with my car. Even gave me some pointers about trading in the car, which he was right about. I bought my new car and am super happy how the whole process worked out in my favor.
The one thing I may do differently is have the outside of my car already cleaned. Instead of cleaning it himself, he took it to a local drive-​thru auto car wash and I had to pay. While at first it put me off, after seeing him clean all the nooks and crannies for over 2 hours with the ultimate product looking great it made sense. So, no big deal.
I will likely call him back to clean my new car. I’ve also recommended him to friends.

I’m a consumer, not an auto painter. So when I contracted Joe to «paint» my vehicle, I expected him to do a job. Instead I got a menu of paint and labor that I am supposed to pick and choose from. I don’t want to decide if it needs a «wet sand» or «buff» or whatever after its painted. I want the painter to paint the vehicle and make it look good and quote me a price based on that. Instead I feel like I was nickeled and dimed through the whole process. In hindsight, I should have taken my vehicle to a reputable shop. BTW, his price for about ¼ of the car that got painted was $ 700. No sanding, no buff, no polish, nothing. I have more work, but I don’t trust him anymore.

Had a full detail done by Joe and the results were less than stellar. I paid $ 385 for a full detail and paint touchup. Let me start with the «professional paint touchup» which Joe said would be hard to spot from two feet away. He dabbed white paint on the chips, and not even the same white as my car. Wow. Thanks for ripping me off for something I could have done half-​assed myself. Now the detail. The car had lots of water spots, which is why I was paying a so-​called professional. Well, the car still has plenty of water spots on the windows. So that was a bust, but maybe the rest of the car looks good… Nope. It looks decent, which is the result of the whole thing probably being buffed. Great. But there is rubbing compound everywhere. In every crevice and seal of the car, in the door jams, inside the back hatch. Everywhere. Oh, and I sorta thought my wheels would get cleaned, but he only sorta cleaned them. There was still plenty of brake dust on them. Basically, I expected more than a glorified car wash for nearly 400 damned dollars. Hell, the front grills and bumper weren’t even cleaned very well. Oh, and did I mention that he can’t actually wash your car, so you have to wash it before he shows up? What a ripoff. Oh, and MARS uses a proprietary set of products that they developed. This usually means their products suck. Every high quality detail shop I’ve dealt with in the past has used good quality products available on the open market, not some BS in-​house crap. Next time I’ll find an actual professional that uses high quality product and doesn’t operate out of a trailer that looks like he threw everything inside at the last minute. Oh, and maybe they’ll pay some attention to detail.

I had just purchased a Mercedes ML500 and it had door dings and scratches all over the car. Joe and his buddy were able to get it done not only in two hours but last minute on a Saturday for us. First time getting my car detailed, so I didn’t know what to expect. This company had a couple of 5-​star reviews so I went for it.
Pros: I called this company to clean out the back of my Rav4 after a milk tea spill. My car wasn’t really dirty but it was time for some love. The spill was cleaned up and the car even smelled clean without an obnoxious odor.
Joe fit me in and got my car cleaned before it started raining again.
Cons: For $ 125, I expected that the inside of my windows would be cleaned. It was very jarring with the interior all cleaned but the smudges from my dog’s nose were still there. I would have given him 4 stars if the windows were wiped down.
Overall, I’m not sure if I would be a returning customer.

I have a beautiful 2001 black Lexus RX300 that had little chips all over the hood. Within a couple hours Joe had cleaned it all up and touched up my paint. I think it looks fabulous and he did a great job. I’ll definitely refer him to my friends and call him for further work on my interior leather.

I am so happy that we found MARS detailing service. I bought a used car and really wanted to make it look like new. The seller had children and they left a trail of breadcrumbs, gum, grease stains and an odor that was far from pleasant behind them. The car runs great but the bumps and bruises on the outside as well as the stains/​smell on the inside needed some TLC. Alan at MARS agreed to work on the weekend in the hot sun and did a really great job. He steamed, scrubbed, buffed, painted and polished. He even mixed paint to perfectly match the my car and made the scratches practically vanish. My car looks like it was ready to be sold on a showroom floor rather than a shopping center parking lot. Thank you Alan… we will be back.
