Jill Faccinto – KNC Properties

We found Jill at an open house in our desired neighborhood. She was extremely easy to talk to, as first time home buyers she gave us some really great advice without being too pushy. We left with her card and thought, «Wow she seemed to know her stuff».
Fast forward to that night, we see a house on-​line that we fall in love with and want to view, we emailed Jill that night and ask if she would be our realtor and take us the next day to see this house. Crazy right?! She responded right back even though it was a Sunday evening!
She set up a viewing we put in an offer all within 24 hours of meeting Jill and not once did we feel confused about the process. Jill was calm, and explained everything step by step.
We had a few very unique things happen during our house hunt. We initially lost our first bid to a cash offer, only to have that deal fall though after we already has an offer accepted on another house. Throughout our «Sophie’s Choice» weekend of which house to take, Jill kept in constant contact with us answering all of our many questions and even making herself available to show us both houses again to help us decide.
We finally made up our mind and Jill has made the entire escrow process a breeze. Jill went to all the appointments, recommending really great inspectors, and even handled some crazy underwriter requests, having an answer back to us before the end of the day.
We finally close next week (escrow was less than a month!) and while I can’t say I’m in a rush to buy another property, when we do I’ll be calling Jill again!

Within less than 24 hours of hiring Jill, we were out looking at properties that fit all of our criteria with a fun, trustworthy guide. Jill was excellent at explaining all of the nitty-​gritty details of buying a house to us and helping us make the right decisions when we had no idea what we were doing. She was constantly in contact and giving us updates and we never felt that we didn’t know what was going on. Whenever we decide to sell this house and buy another, we plan on using Jill as our agent!

I cannot say enough good things about Jill. She’s amazing. She’s responsive, proactive, professional, and… FUN! We were looking at half a dozen houses a week for months. She tirelessly put in offers for me, researched homes, and provided valuable and honest opinions. She was recommended to me by a colleague and I would recommend her a hundred times over. She’s amazing… even if you already have a realtor and you’re not 100% satisfied, just give her a call. I’m confident she will provide you with an outstanding home buying experience.

Jill Faccinto was my agent to find a house in Sacramento. I was moving from the East Coast so I was unfamiliar with the local market. While visiting my son in December, Jill spent a couple days showing houses to me and my wife. When I returned in March she was able to dedicate quite a significant chunk of time to me, most of a couple of weeks. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the market and current conditions. She made sure she understood exactly what we wanted. And she was amazingly responsive. I was on a short schedule and would call her early, late, weekends, whenever. Jill, great job !

Jill is an awesome realtor. It took 9 long months to finally buy a house, and Jill was with us the entire way. She is honest, trustworthy, and will fight for her clients if she needs to! We absolutely loved working with her. So much so, that when it came time to sell our previous home, we did not hesitate to ask her! She made the whole process as painless as possible, and her knowledge and expertise were very helpful.
