WOW! Where to start? I am so happy that I looked to Unilocal to find an accountant because I was lucky to find Frances from JD Tax and accounting. I had contacted Frances back in December regarding my tax returns with many questions that I had no idea how to go about. This was my first time filing taxes on my own and she couldn’t have helped make it easier and less stressful. Frances provided me with the fastest, honest, trustworthy and reliable service ever! The moment my tax return papers came in the mail I gave her a phone call and I was set up with an account to download my documents almost immediately! Everything is very secure and easily accessible. I had a couple questions along the way, and some things we needed to change but it was put together exactly how it needed to be! I can honestly say I felt I didn’t have to do much at all when it came to filing my taxes this year because of such great service! Frances helped me out so much and I can’t thank her enough! Francis is great! I’m a fan! She took what could have been a really hideous tax situation and made it not only NOT stressful (she had a great we can figure it out mentality) but she took me from what I calculated as a huge tax bill and turned it into a refund. The cost was great– less than I was quoted elsewhere and above all she is just really easy to be around. 5 stars all the way.
