Jared White sold my home in Rosemont, Sacramento County. From the first meeting he was very responsive, professional, personable, honest, and on point regarding every aspect of putting together the listing for my home, which sold within 1 week of the listing date! He never missed a beat. He was truly vested in making the sale of my home a complete success. His proactive involvement was consistent throughout. He answered all my questions knowledgeably. His understanding of the real estate profession and market is intelligent and insightful. He knows what he’s doing, and he has good contacts in the real estate industry at every step of the process. Jared is an amazing real estate agent. Not only is he very knowledgeable about his craft but he is also extremely friendly and professional. I just finished buying my first home and he made the process pretty painless.
He always kept me immediately up to date on any updates that happened during the process and he responded very quickly anytime I had a question or concern. Jared also was great at explaining anything I didn’t understand.
I would definitely recommend Jared to anyone who is looking to purchase a house as you cannot have a more attentive or professional real estate agent than him :)
