Jack In the Box

Easter Sunday 940 am. Will not be coming back to this horrible place. Didn’t get my order right. Food was lukewarm, put together very bad, asked for decaf coffee with creamer: received regular coffee with no creamer either in coffee or bag. No thank you or come back again. This is the Worst service I ever received and I will Never support to advocate ANY pay raise for this type of service industry.

I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive through and they didn’t get my order right. Never coming back.

First time eating the burger here, I usually go to In and Out but tried this for a change since it’s so close to home. I had the ultimate cheeseburger combo, I am disappointed because the fries tasted stale and the beef is just Ok. On the other hand the beef is thick though and it’s a fast service. I don’t think I’ll be ordering their burger and fries again. Also, their fries were frozen before cooked unlike In and Out which is fresh. However, I had their strawberry milkshake before and it tasted pretty good. I’ll only come here for milkshakes but that’s about it.

Always good service from this Jack in the Box.
The employees are very nice and helpful.
They allow you time to figure out your order without any pressure to hurry.
This place is funny though because they overload your burger/​sandwich with mayo but when it comes to the other sauces like ther ghost pepper ranch, they get very stingy. Last bacon blazin chicken sando I got from here had a small glob of sauce maybe the size of a fingertip. A little sad because I really wanted to try the sauce but didn’t get enough to notice a flavor or spice.
Other than that the place can be a little dirty at times. Last time the floor was really sticky with a dried up soda stain on most of the floor by the front door and register. There was a wet floor sign posted but the floor wasn’t wet because the soda was there for so long it dried up.

Will NEVER go back. They advertise «grilled sandwiches» on their building, but when I went through the drive through, the girl said they don’t have grilled sandwiches. She then said she could «build» me what I wanted. She basically gave me a club sandwich that was supposed to be without the bacon and cheese, but with bbq sauce on the side. The sandwich came with the bacon, no sauce at all, and she neglected to give me the bbq sauce on the side. This place sucks!

Awful experience. We went through the drive through and we were sitting there for 20 minutes. I wish I was kidding. The girl who took our order was extremely rude while taking our order and once we got up to the window so was even more rude. Every time she opened the window to say something when she was done she slammed the window shut every single time.
Don’t say you’ll work the night shift at a fast food restaurant if you’re going to be rude when people come for food. This place is 24 hours and you know it so don’t be such a b***h about it. Awful service.

They are very rude and try to rush you through the drive through like your here for free and a bum, the only good part is there 24hrs and pretty fair priced

First time at this Jack and the Box. The worker got all our orders right. The service was fast and convenient. I have no complaint. I always like the hard tacos. I tried the stuff jalepino and I didn’t like it. Church jalepino poppers is so much better.

I couldn’t even understand how horrible my ONE TIME drive-​thru visit was here. Leaving country club lanes around 2am in the morning, we resort to Jack in the Box, practically the only place open for food excluding places like Denny’s (didn’t want to sit and dine).
We were in the drive through for a total of around 40 minutes. NO LIE. There were about 4 cars in front of us but still! You would think they cleaned the entire restaurant and put all their food away when we arrived!
MEMO: if you’re open 24 hours or up ’til 3am or whatever, please stay OPEN until that time. It’s a freakin’ drive thru for goodness sake.

Fast, prompt, friendly, and yummy every visit! But… They gave me the wrong order this morning and I didn’t realize it till I got to work. Maybe they should pay attention to what orders they are handing out the window? or maybe I should pay attention to what I’m receiving? *DING*
