History

Established in 2003.

Ink opened in May of 2003 with a hip, funky, atmosphere and late night hours — something very new to Sacramento. We quickly became a hit with Sacramentans and our peers because of our approachable yet inspired menu, great prices and down-to-earth, attentive service. We were the first to bring Sliders to Sac and others have eagerly imitated, endorsing the old saying «imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.» We recently added a new outside patio just in time for summer! Ink Eats & Drinks has been serving locals and out-of-towners for over a decade and we are enjoying every moment of it!
