I have used Robert multiple times in the last two years — to replace old duct work when the heater wasn’t working and again to repair my air conditioner. He is quick to respond, is very knowledgeable, does excellent work and is fairly priced. I would highly recommend Harris Air!

Excellent service! We called Harris Air during the first true heat wave of the season. Robert, the owner, arrived promptly at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and had cool air flowing almost immediately. He even took the time to explain how the a/​c works. Robert is knowledgeable, courteous and wore shoe covers into the house, which is much appreciated.

Harris Air offers a reliable and affordable hvac service. Robert repaired the furnace and later the condenser without trying to over sell me. They really do want to keep your system alive for as long as possible. Recently when an entire replacement was needed at a different property, Harris Air handled the replacement without incident and for a great price. They also handled the smud financing very well.

Robert was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He arrived earlier than expected and took his time to do the job correctly. He went right to work in troubleshooting the system and found the problem plus another problem in the making that would have been a major issue during Sacramento’s hot summer season. Robert had all the supplies on hand and fixed everything for a fair price.
Before leaving, he thoroughly cleaned the system to make sure it wouldn’t malfunction on the tenant and also informed me of proper cleaning techniques. This is why I will use Harris Air again for other properties.

I’ve never given a five star rating before on Unilocal,but Robert with Harris Air deserves it. Honest. On time. Reasonably priced. Small, local business. I even recommended him to my own mother! Check him out if you need heating/​AC/​HVAC help.

He just left… it’s 9:15pm!!! Thankfully we have cold air again. I called him at 8pm. Came to the house at 8:30pm. Only $ 20 extra for after hour charge. Replaced the part, didn’t try to sell me any upgrades. Told me my old unit should last. Friendly service. I will use Harris Air again.

I’ve used Harris Air twice (…replaced a corroded AC drip pan in 2012; replaced defective fan in 2014.) My 15-​yr-​old central AC presently functions like new, thanks to Robert’s good work. I would not hesitate to call Harris Air again, if needed.
Robert provides high quality, cost-​effective repair-​work. His charges are reasonable. Importantly, he’s not an AC salesperson posing as a serviceman!
