H&R Block

This was the absolute worst experience. I have used H & R Block in the past and decided to go back. I had an appointment to drop off at the office. I was not able to speak to a tax specialist only the receptionist. As I had questions she had to go to the back to find an available tax specialist to answer then come back to give me the answer. I had an appointment but they could not be bothered. I was told that my taxes would be done in 3 days.
On the 3^rd day I recieved no phone call. I went to their office and was told that no one had looked at my taxes as of yet. This was in the evening. I asked if they would please complete by the following day at 4pm and was told no problem.
On the 4^th day I was not able to contact anyone by phone all day. I went to the office and they had no receptionist. I was told to wait. Long story short they were unable to even locate my tax folder. After much fumbling around they managed to locate the folder locked in the desk of someone that wasn’t even at work that day.
I received no apology or anything. I requested my tax packet back, the manager handed to me with a «everything is in the envelope» turned and walked away.
Rude and lack of time management skills.
