Prior to entering the real estate profession Terry owned and operated a Golf retail store in Southern California where he developed his strong customer service skills. Providing a superior customer service experience allowed him to build a successful business that thrived in a very competitive market.

His already strong negotiation skills were only reinforced as he dealt with the many manufacturer sales representatives to get the best possible prices and terms for his merchandise. These skills have been a large part of Terry’s success in real estate.
