Dr Middleton is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. If you’re a chicken like me this is the place to go and get rid of all your fears. The office and staff are very warm. I’m very thankful for everything they’ve done for me. Four generations of my family has selected Dr Middleton as their dentist. You should do the same. :)

Dr. Middleton and Shelby are my dynamic dental duo!!! I am VERY picky when it comes to my dental care and they are spot on! They listen when I share any issues with my teeth and do everything they can to make it better on the spot. I enjoy my dental visits with them and we laugh nearly the entire time I am there. Love these two!!!

Dr. Middleton is outstanding. He explains things carefully and clearly and does good work. The dental assistant Felton was caring the professional and I recommend him highly. Everyone in the office was attentive and helpful.

How often do you go to the dentist and afterward realize that everyone in the office brightened your crappy Monday? I would say never but then today it happened to me. Everyone in the office was wonderful talkative and attentive and really fun! I have an appointment to go back next month, let’s see if it’s just as fun! I would recommend this dentist 100%!! I want to share my appreciation and satisfaction with the care I received at the dental offices of Dr Glenn A. Middleton. The staff and assistants were very professional and attentive to my needs as like many others going to the dentist is something I hate. With sever pain in a tooth I called in and received a same day appointment and my issues were resolved. My family and I have been patients ever since.
Dr Middleton is very kind with a painless gentle approach of care. I strongly recommend the services of Dr. Middleton

Dr. Middleton is the best! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 7 years due to horrible experiences. Dr. Middleton and his wonderful staff welcomed me in and took excellent care of me. He was honest, genuine, gentle, and reassuring with me. He took his time explaining things to me, and always checked in with me to make sure I was at ease during procedures. I would recommend him to anyone! I will definitely be a long-​time patient of his.

Dr. Middleton is absolutely wonderful. He is very pleasant to talk to, and makes patients feel at ease. I also truly appreciate that he has a conservative approach to dental work and doesn’t want to do extra services just to make money. He seems to be a very honest person.
My review is so poor because of his billing staff and ease of contacting the office. I had a filling fall out one day (not his, but a previous dentist’s) and called the office to try to get in the following week. I made two phone calls daily for FIVE days before finally getting in contact with the office and making an appointment. They do not return messages promptly and are not reliable about answering the phones. I was also asked to pay a fee last year at the time of service. I told the office I would like to speak to my insurance company first. After talking to my insurance company, they said I did not have any personal responsibility and they were taking care of the whole charge. I did not call the office back with a credit card number as they had requested, and never received a bill (presumably because my insurance DID pay it). I liked Dr. Middleton so much that I let it slide, and figured everyone makes mistakes. This year the same thing happened. I was asked to pay $ 75 at the time of service, I said I would like to speak to my insurance company first, and I left. I received a call from Brian, their billing person, stating that I needed to pay the bill, and I need to understand that for all future services I will be expected to pay at the time of service. I have absolutely no problem paying any portion of the bill that I am in fact responsible for, but after last year when I was given wrong information, I am understandably uncomfortable with paying them up front.
I am very disappointed about having to find a new dentist because again, Dr. Middleton is wonderful, but I do not like the feeling of distrust I now have for their billing. PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK ALL OF THEIR CHARGES IF YOU DECIDE TO BE SEEN THERE!!!

I absolutlely love Dr Middleton and Dr Webb. I was a new patient and the way they made me feel like I was the only patient they have was amazing. I will continue to go back. However, the only reason for not giving a full five is because I often feel like the communication between the Drs and front staff can get a little lost. Its frustrating but for the most part I am very pleased to be coming here.

Dr. Middleton is the best! He always makes it his priority to build a relationship with his patients and give the best care he can. Ive had other dentists in the past who never took their time to listen to dental concerns or even look at teeth that I felt were over sensitive to sweets or cold temperatures. Other dentists have even left me with fillings that didnt completely fill cavities. This is the place to go if you want a dentist who gets the job done right the first time. Aside from Dr. Middleton and his great staff the ambience in the office is great as well. It has a smooth jazz feel to it that really puts your mind at ease.

Dr. Middleton squeezed me in when my regular dentist was out of town and I had a dental emergency. His staff is very nice and accommodating, professional and pleasant. Dr. Middleton is caring, knowledgeable and FAST.

Dr Middleton is a wonderful person in terms of customer service and care during my first visit. But, his office is run horribly. It is impossible to speak with the doctor other than a direct visit to the location. The main person that answers the phone, a Ruby, is impossible to understand and extremely rude at times, this seemed to be more true when you are not a new patient. As in they treat you nice to get you in and the truth comes out. In the end the service was not what I wanted at all. Perhaps you may have better luck. I am going to a new dentist. The problem with first impressions is that you only get to make them once.

I went to see Dr. Middleton mostly because he was close to my house and for convenience sake. I continued seeing him because he was very friendly and always remembered me, even if it had been quite a while since my last visit.
He’s a friendly man with a warm southern drawl who somehow makes you feel relaxed even when there are sharp metal objects in your mouth. I highly recommend him.
