Gilmore Heating and Air

After much deliberation and many bids, I chose Gilmore to install my solar system. The Rich (s) were my first Gilmore contact. For the most part they were no different than any of the seven other companies I received bids from. They seemed knowledgeable and were patient with my questions. Alyssa was my second contact. My impression is that she is the glue that holds this all together. Again, she too was very helpful and patient with my questions/​concerns. She has been very informative during this process. Third contact was the installers, Greg and Jon. Very professional and informative as to the days they would be doing the work. My last contact face to face with a Gilmore rep was with Jon on the day the county inspector showed up to sign off on the job. Not to beat a dead horse, but he also was friendly and professional.
From signing contract to install was no more than a couple of weeks. It has all been painless (except for writing a big check at the end).
If something should change, I will be sure to update my review.

The review posted previously should have been directed to Gilmore in Placerville. I have no experience with Gilmore Sacramento.

For five years we used them to amintain our system. They were OK but there was always something… this year we were told we needed a new hvac system… guess what ??? We did not… PASS! Never again…
