Their representatives are absolutely great. I am fairly technology savvy but sometimes hi-​fi, video, phone or computer advancements create a desire in me to buy reassurance. I called Geek Squad because I wanted to renew my protection plan and they said it had expired on the 1÷8÷15, I asked to speak to a manager because my computer was not working so there was no way for me to receive an email. I tried speaking to a manager and was left on hold. I called back and I explained again and was left on hold again which meant the phone just rang, rang and rang. I called and yelled at the 3^rd CS clerk about calling 2 previous times and was put on hold and that I have been a long time customer and did not deserve to be treated like that and she did the same, put me on hold and the phone rang, rang and rang. I will be buying my electronics from someone else that values their customers and do not think they are a piece of shiet and cannot fix a small issue.
