Worst place on Earth! I’d give zero stars if I could. Manager is nosy and her employee is a cocky Cambodian guy who doesn’t speak/​understand English but what I hate most about this idiot is when he came to reconstruct the bathroom and sings all day aloud like the unit belongs to him. Also this idiot left his screw drivers in my unit and while I was sleeping he came to open the door with with his keys without my permission nor a 24 hr notice. You have been warned don’t move in!!!

Rent is cheap, but the lady that runs this place sucks. She is uptight about the pool. Only two guest per tenant and I’ve seen her get on people for opening the doors to the hallways. This complex is a lockout or secured place and so you must have a sensory tag or key to unlock the main doors. They’d no assigned parking and so that’s nice and it’s quiet for the most part. Like I said before things here are ok for the price of $ 520 for a one bedroom, but it would be nice to have a more personable person running the place. She doesn’t smile or say much even when your there to pay for rent.
