This is a cool store. like a bodega i sware.lol.They got everything here video games, cell phones, cords, clothes andeven drinks. They price match too! Just off your word. Awesome kids running the place. Everyone is super friendly. Game selection isnt huge like other places but they do have good games. They go fast. Always someone in there buying something. And if u are in need of a new white crispy T they have that as
headed there now as a matter of fact.

FAIR GAMES IN CARMICHAEL is best place ever for anyone that has no idea about video game consoles because they will make sure that you understand everything before you go. I will never choose to go anywhere else. I went to game zone off norwood ave in sacramento. the service sucked. the prices were high for the quality. It looked like they went to the flea market and picked random video game console pieces. They had nothing complete but i promised the kids we were getting a wii and playing all night. Well their game consoles were all scratched up and dusty. i drive back twice because the console they sold me had a ps1 cord with a game cube remote. I mean im paying $ 81 for this i didn’t want to judge i gave it a chance since i have no idea really about video games, to me as long as it works and my kids can play i don’t
on my way to return it because it didn’t turn on. It was so dusty! i felt sooooo stupid i didn’t pay more attention. I drove back today and they were giving me free things so i wouldn’t ask for a refund. I told the manager i just want to come home and play with my kids. He assured me that this time everything will work out and i will b able to hook everything up and play with my kids on my only day off. I get home to the game console turning on but it didn’t want to read the games. I gave everything back and demanded a refund. i ended up getting a flat tire in front of there store plus missed an appt thanks to there mistakes. Today was the first day i heard about Fair Games. My husband was upset i went anywhere else. Now i know y and i should’ve listened but hes right about me being hard headed at times. I always learn my lesson. i came in with a head ache from dealing with game zone and left with a smile and no head ache because i knew i got a deal plus the staff were so nice i know they took good care of me and FINALLY my kids were able to just hook every thing up and start playing with there console and games that are used but all looked like new unlike what i bought at game zone. U can’t compare fair games to any other place

I would have to dis agree with you I’ve been going to this game store since they opened up about a year ago and I have always been satisfied. It’s a family owned shop so their more understanding with their customers than the major corporations. I’ve bought used consoles, games & accessories and I’ve always been pleased. I recall one time in the past I bought a used controller from them and it was a defective one, I came back the same day and they swapped it out for me no questions asked! Best price on video games in town hands down.

This is a chop shop/​pawn store. Not a legitimate gaming store. My situation occurred buying an AV cord to connect my ps3 to my tv. Bought a used cord for $ 15. Unfortunately didn’t work. Returned it same day and was given another cord. Great. Hoping it was faulty cord. Nope, was my ps3. Upon returning cord 2^nd time was told they couldn’t give store credit. It was same guy who exchanged first time! Still had original receipt as well… He gave me number for store manager… that number was out of service… fantastic. Retuned next day hoping manager was there. Nope same run around with different clerk. Gave them back cord regardless since it was useless to me and took the $ 15 loss. Would have loved a credit towards another store product but instead will NEVER go back. Losing a customer over $ 15? Just wow! I normally love supporting locally owned businesses but not this one. Stick with a legitimate corporation and you’ll be much happier.
