This is the second cake I asked Gabby to make for me and she nailed it again! I requested for champagne cake, and even though she hasn’t made one before, it turned out very good. She accomodates your needs and into details. They came out more than I expected. I definitely recommend her if you want awesome cakes :)

Love Gabby and her cakes! Not only does she pay attention to every little detail, but the taste of her cakes … outstanding! She has a unique ability to make her cakes come alive. The penguin cake she made for us was not only adorable, but so tasty. We didn’t want to cut into it because it was so cute, but so glad we did! The flavor of the cake was simply divine. I’ve seen many of her cakes up close & tasted them as well because they have been ordered by other people I know, and each time I think she out does herself from the one previous. On top of it all, her prices are very reasonable for the artistry that goes into each cake.

Gabby is amazing! My son was a huge skylanders fan and she made a 2 tier cake that was a video game portal! Not only that she hand sculpted his favorite skylanders figure for the top of the cake. He still has the top as a keepsake and loves it. (Seriously, where else can you get edible art)! Not only that Gabby herself is not only very talented but so sweet and accommodating, she truly wants to make sure that every cake is special and exactly what her customer wants. By the way the cake itself was super yummy too!

Gabby made my son’s Thomas the Train cake for his 2nd birthday this year. It was a totally hit and the cake was delicious! Served the right amount just as as I ordered. She worked with us to get the cake we wanted for our special event. Thanks again for an awesome cake!

Gabby made a smash cake for my daughter’s first birthday and it was just beautiful! We were having a «spring picnic» theme and so there was a lot of room for creativity and design. Gabby asked a few questions about what I might be looking for and came up with an adorable cake, with the likeness of my daughter sculpted on top, something that I could never dream up, much less execute!
The cake also tasted great. Or I think it did — our little girl dove right in and we eventually had to take it away from her!
