They get five stars from me I shop there all the time friendly staff fresh cigarettes and always the cheapest prices

Do not do business with this place, I have been coming to this store for at least three or four year’s for myself and others. Today I go into pick up my usual cig20 filters not only did the so called manager talk me into buying something I didn’t plan on, but they didn’t give the proper change back, which I didn’t really worry about because I had just got off work and said to myself if their that desperate to cheat customers, maybe they need it. Okay then I get home and opened it up it was soft tips and not 24 mg but 18, true enough I should have paid attention but I didnt. Okay not caring about the change, but I wanted the right product so I get back in my car and bring this to their attention, saying not only did you sale me the wrong product but you sold me something that months ago you said you wouldn’t be selling again (soft tips) all they could say was, there is nothing we can do about it. With that being said, I will never go there again and if you value your hard earned money don’t go there, if you need Cig20’s are any tobacco products go to 7 – 11 on 43 rd anywhere but there. If you do don’t forget to check your change and product before you leave the store. And I am only giving a one star because I have to in order that this information be posted

I just read the response to the bad review I gave them. The things said in response only proves I was right about them. Why would I try and get cash. All I wanted to do was redeem a free product. They could of said no and that would of been the end of it. I tried to redeem the cupon at another place and was told they wouldn’t take it. I can understand that and I didn’t write anything about them. The only reason I wrote a bad review was because I felt they were trying to rip me off. If you read the reply you will see that they clearly are lying about me. I never acted getto and you can tell by the way that I write that I’m clearly not getto. For them to say the things about me that they did clearly shows a lack of class on their part. I only stated what they wanted to charge me. 4 dollars per item. A 8 dollars handing fee for 16 dollars is half the cost plus they get a full return on the items according to the cupon and charge me tax. That sure sounds like they are tring to rip me off since they are getting over 1 ½ x the value of the product. I also find it funny that the only two reviews of this business are both negative. That should tell you alot about the way they conduct business.

ALERT: they charge an additional .50 cents, if you use your debit or credit cards.
It doesn’t matter how much you spend; they’ll put an add’l fifty-​cents on your bill. FACT.
I’ve bought vapes, oils, and a carton of cigarettes, with a total of $ 65.-.
As soon as I said «debit», he said «we put fifty-​cents on your bill when you use cards».
This place does a ton of business, and they can afford to take debit/​credit cards without charging an add’l fifty-​cents.
Any other stores I go into, don’t charge an add’l fifty-​cents, so why does this place?
They made so much money, too, that they were able to re-​decorate the whole interior of the shop, and even build a cigar room.
