Shopping around for a place to have my car re-​painted, made a major mistake stopping here. I was treated like I was a second class citizen. The secretary (?) gave me a quote of $ 5000 with out leaving her chair or looking out to see my car. Another person walked out to my car and stated they would have to remove the windshield and rear window and all the trim in order to paint the car. Now I wasn’t born yesterday so I knew right there I was being scammed. And when he quoted me $ 6000 I knew I was being scammed. His excuse was I had metallic paint and it cost much more. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE. I went to Maaco on Florin Rd, they sanded the hood and painted the entire car for $ 940. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. So same your hard earned money and shop around like I did.

I took my car in to this body shop for an estimate on a fender bender accident I was involved with while visiting family in the area. My family had recommended this shop, saying that they did good, reliable work at a fair price. I didn’t have a lot of time and I needed the car back quickly. The estimate was reasonable and they promised the car would be done within a few days.
To my surprise and joy, the car was ready when promised and I could not tell the damaged area had ever occurred to my car. The paint was matched perfectly. In my opinion, everything was delivered as promised.
Apparently the shop has been around for a long time, and the new owner is working very hard to please and satisfy all of their customers, according to Claudio, the gentleman who introduced himself to me as the owner.
Based upon my experience with this auto body shop, I would recommend them to anyone that needs work on their car, whether a fender bender, or something worse.

I was lucky to find this place! I was in my first accident last June and had no clue how to deal with getting repairs done. Geico was being less than responsive with my questions. Naturally I had to ask somebody for help, Franklin was here for me with all my questions answered and my car fixed and ready to go in 3 days! Thank you for being so hands on with me during this learning experience. The young lady at the desk (Joyce) was also a huge help and very good at keeping me in the loop. I will be using this shop in the future if I find myself in another accident!

Over the past year, I have been restoring my black 1967 Lincoln Continental Convertible. As a result, I went searching all around town, mostly through referrals, to find a shop that would take the time necessary to carefully paint a black car. Long story short, my brother referred me to Franklin Autobody and their NEW owner Claudio. I was hesitant at first since Unilocal only had two review and the were horrible, but my brother assured me that Claudio was a great hardworking and reliable guy. I interviewed him and he made me feel comfortable that he was going to take care of my car as if it were his own and provide a great result. So after multiple interviews with other shops and a fair price, Franklin Auto Body had my business and I will tell you that they exeeded my expectations and produced a great result on my Lincoln. Black is a very difficult color, so body work is key to getting great results. My car was completely striped, repaired, and straightened resulting in a mirror finish that looks as if the paint would ripple at the touch as if it were a pond. Thank you to Claudio and the team at Franklin Auto Body! Do not hesitate to give them a look for your new or classic vehicle. You will not be disappointed!

Outstanding job! My truck was broken into and needed auto body work. I called Claudio and he arranged the towing from my house and took care of everything. I just picked up my truck and it looks better than when I took it in. I did not have comprehensive coverage because of the age of the vehicle so Claudio really went out of his way to save me money on the repair. I highly recommend Franklin Collision Center to anyone in need of collision repair work.

I recently bought a classic car that needed a LOT of work done to it. A new convertible top, new interior, body work, paint job, etc.
Admittedly, the car needed serious work (that’s why I was going to a body shop), but when I went inside and asked for a quote, the guy that helped me acted like he couldn’t be bothered.
There were no other customers there, it was just him and I going over what needed to be done on the car, but he seemed like he didn’t want to work on it for some reason. When I asked him for some type of ballpark number, he just kept going on about how much work it needed (which is why I was at a body shop!)
I’m not sure what their specialty is, but it’s possible that they didn’t want to work on an older car (it’s a ’69).
Fast forward a couple of months and I ended up getting the interior done by another shop. During the course of the other shop doing the interior, they found some body work that needed to be done before they could finish the interior (new carpets). They ended up going to this shop on their own to get quote and had the same exact experience. I would think that they would be more accommodating talking to another shop «business to business», but they still didn’t want to give a quote and acted like they didn’t want to work on the car. Luckily, the place that did the interior found another local body shop to work with that did a great job.
I won’t be taking any cars to Franklin Auto Body anytime soon.

I actually did not get my car serviced by them, but I did get in a car accident where I paid this place to fix the other person’s car.
It was raining and my car at the time had bad tires — So I basically hydroplaned into the back of someone else’s car. I ended up with a broken headlight and this guy had a couple of scratches on his bumper due to the fact that my headlight shattered on his bumper. He demanded that I replace the whole bumper. I didn’t want to involve my insurance company so I just asked him to get an estimate. He gave me an estimate for this place and I agreed to pay it. I gave him a check written to Franklin Auto Body and told him that it needed to be cashed and the car repaired within two weeks or I’m canceling the check. (I didn’t want him keeping my financial information — You know what people can do with that nowadays.)
Fast forward to roughly a month and a half later — I get a call from the guy stating that Franklin Auto Body had not been paid. I had a few choice words for this guy and told him I wanted to see the car. Supposedly, Franklin Auto Body replaced the bumper, but I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. They could have buffed out the scratches for all I could tell. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and admit that I am no car aficionado, so I really can’t tell you if the bumper was new or not. I did, however, ask Franklin Auto Body to produce the old bumper that he had replaced and conveniently, he said they had thrown it away. I didn’t believe for a minute that this was the case, but I’ll let you decide.
This place was also incredibly rude to me when I came in. I had the money in cash and was prepared to pay for it once I saw the work order and the old bumper. The owner of the shop began shouting at me and even when I paid the amount he continued to berate me about my age («Young people these days…» I am in my mid-​twenties, by the way, so it’s not like it’s my first time on the road — and no, I have never been in another accident before or after this) and the fact that it cost his company $ 12 in fees because of my bad check. He demanded that I pay that amount as well and threatened to send it collections if I didn’t. He was going to send $ 12 to a collections agency. I wasn’t going to argue with him over a measly $ 12. I was just glad I was out of there and didn’t have to deal with that barbarian yelling at me anymore.
I can’t say for sure about their work on cars, but they have no skill whatsoever in customer service.
