Established in 1978.

Fraley & Fraley started in 1978 as a general practice firm. By 1985 we practiced bankruptcy only. «You can be a jack of all trades & master of none» or «you can be the master of your trade.» We chose to be the master of our trade.

We give a free 90 minute bankruptcy attorney consultation, not a 30 minute sales pitch & fee quote. You learn, without pressure, all your options. If you don’t need bankruptcy we will tell you.

Owner Gary Ray Fraley is Sacramento’s #1 RATED bankruptcy lawyer with a perfect 10.0 Avvo rating. He is Sacramento’s longest practicing California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist and one of only 102 in the whole state of California. He is now in his 33^rd year practicing bankruptcy law.

Gary received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern Califonia, Los Angeles CA, in1974. He received his Juris Doctor from UCLA Law School, Los Angeles CA 1977. He has been a Member of the State Bar of California since June 1978.

His interests are his adult children & grandchildren; horses (he and his wife Nedra have been volunteer mounted forest rangers and he has been a 4-​H Horse project leader); the backcountry (he and Nedra taught seminars on «gentle stock use» and «leave no trace» camping techniques); and he has a passion for field archaeology.
