Over ten years ago, I had a dying tooth and was in extreme pain. When I started calling around to get an appointment that day, Dr. Phillips was the only dentist that would see me. From that day forward, I was a dedicated patient and fan. Dr. Phillips is attentive, friendly, and has a great sense of humor. His reception staff are outgoing and flexible with scheduling. Most of his hygienists have been with him for years so they treat you like family. I don’t always like going to the dentist, but Dr. Phillips and his staff make it much easier.

I’ve been going to Dr. Phillips for over 10 years and he’s the best! The staff is very friendly and they definitely remember who you are. Barbara is my favorite hygienist there. She cleans my teeth so well. They love to chat which isn’t a bad thing.
I called yesterday to make an appointment because one of my molars had chipped the previous night from eating m&ms in my ice cream. The receptionist, Terry, was very friendly and got me an appointment for today at 12pm. I went in and got my molar filled and was out in about 20 minutes. I look forward to going to the dentist twice a year because the staff is so fabulous and quick.

Very kind doctor. They advance in technology. You can watch HDTV and change the channels as you get your cleaning done. Professional, clean environment.
I get a little irritated when the hygienists talk to me/​expect a response while they’re cleaning, but I imagine they’re just trying to be friendly… I’ve been going for at least 6 – 7 years

We just moved to the Greenhaven Pocket area of Sacramento from Las Vegas. We searched online for a new dentist and found Dr Phillips. After calling his office they were able to schedule us. One that day and one the next for our initial check and cleaning. His staff was able to call and receive our dental records from our prior dentist before we left that day. They are excellent and very efficient. We actually look forward to our next cleaning.

Dr. Phillips and his staff are wonderful! I have been going to him since I was a kid. The staff are always very genuine, often following up from a conversation you had with them in previous visits. The lady at the front desk even talked to me in my last visit about very reasonable insurance options after losing my insurance this past year.
As for the dental care, I enjoy going to the dentist! I am always worried about some tooth issue and I always seem to leave with confidence that I am in good shape. They truly care about their clients. I still remember when my brother fell and broke his front tooth on the pavement. I believe it was a Friday evening and Dr. Phillips came in on a Saturday morning to fix his tooth. That kind of service or compassion is not easy to find. Thanks Dr. Phillips!!! As for the rest of you looking for a dentist, look no further. :)

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips since 1995. I think that says it all! He is a caring dentist and his staff is also very nice. I would recommend Dr. Phillips if you are looking for a dentist.
