Terrible service and customer service. Don’t do business at this location. They give you faulty reservation. Don’t count on them. If I can give 0 start, I would give them none.

When looking for a storage unit to have a safe and secure place to store your household items, etc. I would say SURE ! Why not, Youre paying a descent rate for the area it is located, it is safe, and clean, and easy to access. I feel like things have been running smoothly UNTIL, i made a recent phone call with some very simple questions that could have easily been answered, but i was shrugged away. Surprisingly i had a phone call with the Supervisor Eric, and he explained to me experiencing having some phone issues right off of the back, and then, asked how he could assist .I had been speaking with a nice woman, before who i imagined was going through same thing (obviously-​_​-​) when we got disconnected, but when i called back i got in touch with him. He was VERY RUDE, and made me feel almost as if he did not want to assist me. Couldnt give me any answers to my question, and then HUNG UP on
my suprise he then forwarded all of my calls to voicemail. And when he finally picked up out of frustration, he notified me within 20 minutes of trying to reserve a truck to move out of my unit, ALL OF THE TRUCKS WERE BOOKED. like seriously? first of all, how inconsiderate can you be as the manageeerrrrrr?! at this point and time this one bad experience has just totally turned me off. and if i was in my right frame of mind, i would contact the better business bureau regarding this matter, because you cannot have someone in charge who is running these units have this type of customer interactions. I now refuse to purchase a truck through them, and may even bring a lock splitter to just get into my locked down unit, and leave .I am in no way shape or form happy with the service i have received with this company. Mainly i feel bad, because it is also a family owned business and they live on the property. Their turnover for new employment is just ridiculous because every time i check in to pay, theres a new employee from their «family», who doesnt know how to assist me. I would not recommend moving your belongings into this storage business. Go ahead and take your services not even a mile down to S&J .Guaranteed 100% satisfaction .End of story.

They were super friendly and really cared about my items I wanted stored. It’s clean and very safe. I am very pleased with this company and highly recommend people to use this storage place to store your treasures.

We were happy with the accommodations. But recently received notice that they were going to «nudge» up the rates due to increased costs. That «nudge» took us from $ 100 a month to $ 169 a month — a 60% increase. No way this is a nudge. We will be moving. Unfair practices.

The customer service was great from start to finish with my Uhaul rental through Elk Grove Self Storage. I couldn’t have asked for better service. You can totally tell that they genuinely care about their customers!

I’ve been out searching price quotes and looking for a safe, clean storage place. After pricing two other storage companies. I came across this one. I was also in need of a uhaul truck and was almost going to have to go to two different places to take care of everything I needed. I’m pretty big on conveniency and good customer service. Glad I stopped here. A gentle man by the name of Eric won me over. He was very friendly, answered all my questions and helped me take care of everything I needed. Prices are a little bit higher but I love the fact that he stated he’s never had anyone break into his storage building, there’s plenty security, cameras, they check the premises every night and they even have watch dogs they let out at night. Easy to access my storage, safe clean location, he helped with renting a uhual and I didn’t even have to put a deposit down like another place I went to, the other uhual place wanted to hold $ 150, and another storage charged admin fees, this place did not. He sold me, I’d rather pay a little extra for a great storage unit and helpful people.

We were greeted with warm smiles from the owners. The husband and wife team are so friendly and helpful. They take you on a golf cart (kind of fun!) to see the units. They were very clean and you had a lot of space to park the truck. The prices seem reasonable and the location is so convenient. The owner even gave my daughter a bobble head of her choice. Great storage company! I would highly recommend!
