Don’t work with them. They told me we just needed an appraisal to get the job done. Then they told me they made a mistake and that we can go with another lender at a higher rate. We said sure, we did all the paper work. Let’s get a better rate on our current mortgage.
Then they told us they made another mistake AFTER they sent the appraisal to appraise my property.
They also CHARGED a credit card $ 500 for the appraissal, which we did not authorize. They got the card information from gathering our financials.
Very suspect.
CFPB will be notified.

Great access, just off the 99. Good parking and the office is beautiful inside and out! The staff is very friendly and Bi-​Lingual!
