This is NOT Elite Limousine, Elite has been closed for four years, this company calling themselves Sacramento Limousine (Carey Limousine) is using their phone number and website. Do NOT use this company!

OMG!!! Wonderful company with outstanding service and very fair prices. I got a round trip transport to the airport for $ 180 in a 6 passenger limo! They got my flight number before they picked me up for changes in arrivals times — I got in 30 mins early and they were still there before me to pick me up — fabulous job!

I rented a limo for my 32^nd birthday. What started off as a great night and seemed to end as a great night soon turned into a billing nightmare with this company. The authorization for $ 325.03 was placed on September 18^th but come Sunday I had two more charges one for $ 325.03 and one for $ 400.00. I had contacted my bank on Monday only to find out the company had tried to process even more charges on my account. I quickly turned to my fraud department who informed me that Elite Limo tried to make an additional $ 240.00 or so charges on that Monday as well for a total of $ 1290.00 and some change. I tried several times to call the limo company and kept getting voicemail. I decided to cancel my debit card at my banks suggestion. Finally on Tuesday I got ahold of the limo service, I was very upset and was informed by the Manager that they were trying to charge me for someone vomiting outside the limo in the door panel. I told her that was not possible that my friends did a sweep of the car and the driver «Robert» said we were all good. Additionally I asked the Manager if she had proof and she said she had pictures. I asked that she send me copies and she said she didn’t have to do that. I received no phones, no emails, nothing about this supposive incident, yet the company had no problem charging my card 3 times and attempting to charge 2 more charges on Monday. If the cleaning fee is $ 500.00 then how is it that they have all these random charges but not a $ 500.00 charge. I want to see pictures!!! Regardless I would never rent from this company again and make sure you check your bank account otherwise they might just drain it for you!
