Elie creates relationships and some of his clients have been coming to him since he opened up his doors. He’s been in the business over 40 years and there isn’t a car he can’t work on or problem too hard.

I brought my Nissan Pathfinder to Elie’s a few times since I moved to Sacramento. He has always been upfront, honest and professional. I don’t actually think the man has a dishonest bone in his body. One time my power steering was making a loud whiny sound and he added some fluid at no charge and it was fixed, the sound was gone. He could easily have told me I needed a new pump but he didn’t. Next my alternator died so I had my car towed to his shop and it was done quickly the next day. He took the time to explain everything they did and because I was curious, how hard it was to remove and replace the alternator in the position it was in. I like people that take time to explain things to me and don’t make me feel stupid or like I’m wasting their time. I had an amazing repair shop in OC and am SO happy to have found another one up here. Finding reliable businesses in a new city is priceless. I will bring my car here for all my car repairs.

I have used Eli several times over the years. He really cares about the customer. He is honest and has very competitive pricing. He will show you the parts used for the repair and wil explain the problem very thoroughly. He was able to save me thousands on a transmission repair which kept me from having to replace it.

i’ve taken my s500 there many times for repairs. they do awesome job!!! and i will never go anywhere else… when you drive a mercedes, everyone thinks you are made of money, but not elle’s 5 stars in my book! i highly recommend it.

I was in a bad spot after hooligans tried to steal my car and then emptied a fire extinguisher into it, out of frustration due to their ineptitude.
I had a broken window, a totally smashed and unusable ignition lock cylinder, and a car full of dry chemical extinguisher powder that really shouldn’t make it’s way into your eyes or lungs at all.
My neighbor recommended Elie’s, so I had my car towed to his location and everything was handled amazingly fast, without any hassle at all, and for a very fair price.
Elie was also generous enough to fix a stubborn hood latch for free and allowed me to leave my car with him an extra day, no charge, after Hertz screwed me over.
