I haven’t been here for some time. This place was always a good choice for lunch, affordable varieties and decent burgers. Brunch is available on the weekends. Good quick food at an affordable price!

I’m from LA and was visiting for a friend’s wedding and saw that this place was close to my hotel, so i walked over to check it out, and was blown away with how good the Breakfast burrito was. So good I had to order another one just to brag to my friends.

This place was a great local find thanks to Unilocal! They have GREAT food at great prices especially the breakfast specials. I had the breakfast burrito that had eggs, cheese potatoes and bacon for $ 3.99! It was a full size, absolutely DELICIOUS burrito. The restaurant is quaint in size but the staff is very attentive and kind! Would highly recommend giving this place a try, it will quickly become one of your favorites!

So I had some leftover pancakes from home that I thought would taste good the next day. WRONG! So I was starving and in desperate need of breakfast and my coworker suggested this place(it’s across the street from my job). First impressions: When I walked in, a guy asked me what I wanted. I ordered a breakfast special with one scrambled egg, hash browns and one slice of wheat toast. After getting my order, he walks around back to the kitchen. I’m no snob but that type of stuff grosses me out. I don’t want the chef out front taking orders then walking around back to start making my food without taking a pit stop to wash his hands. BUT I gave him the benefit of the doubt(hoping he already washed his hands and since he didn’t touch anything walking from the front of the place back to the kitchen). The lady who actually took my order was rude and did not tell me there would be a 50 cent charge for using my debit card. The food: The scrambled egg was good but it’s pretty hard to mess up eggs. The hash browns were crispy and tasted good after I added some salt and pepper but the portion was tiny. I threw the toast out. Maybe it was the butter used, the toaster it was cooked in or the bread itself but there was a VERY weird taste to it and it was a little soggy? How is that possible? I couldn’t force myself to eat it. Overall, I paid $ 3.70 for one egg and a scoop of hash browns. Not worth it to me. For $ 4.50 at the café in the Department of Transportation building, I get two eggs, two pieces of toast, two meats of my choice and potatoes or hash browns. SIGH. Next time I’ll just stick with what I know. Seems like other people like this place so maybe I ordered the wrong thing? I don’t know and I won’t be back to give them another chance. (Still hungry by the way…)

The chocolate milkshake was nice and thick. the tuna melt on sourdough was perfect(though slightly soggy since I got it to go). The chicken tortilla soup is a little spicy, but good. My one suggestion for them(I hope they read this) is to include the tortilla strips separately. When I got my lunch to go and opened the soup, I thought the tortilla strips were noodles at first.

So I retried their breakfast burrito(with salsa) and it’s not bad. For the price, it’s a decent breakfast if u work around the Capitol.

My son and I stopped in here for the first time for brunch before going to photograph a wedding at Capital Park and we were pleasantly surprised by this little place. They have amazing breakfast deals and the food was very yummy and you can’t beat $ 3.99 for 2 eggs and biscuits and gravy! The service was great, and it’s such a cute little place. We will definately be stopping in here for pre-wedding brunch any time we can.

As the son and grandson of long-time small business owners in the Sacramento area, I love supporting mom and pop shops like Eliana’s. They are serving their community the right way. I ordered a breakfast burrito and small OJ. The bacon in the burrito was thick and chewy, which I never find in other burritos here, even at higher prices. Eliana’s provides great value for the price and service. I would definitely go back.

I was in the mood for a yummy breakfast burrito and Unilocal led me here! The café was small and cozy and not too busy. We ordered and got our food and drinks quickly. The oj was amazing and I felt satiated with the breakfast burrito. It was larger than I expected and was filled with lots of potatoes, eggs, & cheese. Good stuff! Simple and yummy — exactly what I wanted.

I love this place for a quick breakfast– one of my favorite corned beef hash places in the area. The people are really friendly and food comes out in a flash. They have both a $ 2.99 and $ 3.99 breakfast menu with lots of choices. As a parent of a 3 and 5 year old, I appreciate the fenced off outdoor seating. My wife and I can take one of the outdoor tables and the kids can run around a bit without bothering anyone or running into the street. I often order breakfast for the office from here. I’ll take orders over the day before, tell them what time I will pick up and the food will be bagged up and waiting for me the next morning.

Good a breakfast burrito this morning. Food was great as usual. However, service was HORRIBLE. I experienced the RUDEST waitress ever. When I usually go, it’s the waiter who is super friendly and helpful. This particular waitress was so rude. I asked for some syrup with my breakfast burrito. She looked into my bag and said that she would have to charge me since I ordered a breakfast burrito and do not need any syrup. WHOGIVESHERTHERIGHTTOTELLMEWHAT I CANEATWITHMYFOOD? I told her that I had been here numerous of times before and never been charged an extra $ 0.50 for syrup. She just lost one solid customer. Not only that, I work nearby and will be telling everyone about this rude waitress.

This place is a gem. The food is above average, the staff is very friendly and there is adequate indoor and outdoor seating. What truly makes this place great is the value. They provide large quantity, good quality and a great price. best of all it has a great location in the downtown/midtown area and is usually very quiet even on weekends.

This place has great breakfast burritos for $ 3.99. That’s tops, yo. If you want to take a break from the foo foo brunch scene and just grab a hearty bite on the weekend in midtown/downtown, then Eliana’s should fit the bill. Most of the other establishments on its block are closed on weekend mornings(Zia’s, Yellowbill, Sam’s), but not Eliana’s. The street/corner it is on is very quiet and charming, so you can eat outside without cars blazing by on a three lane speedway like 16th. Our service was great, too.

Wife and I came over here for breakfast yesterday. We always pass by it as we take our walks round downtown-midtown and she felt hungry so we stopped in. For our first visit I ordered the yummy breakfast burrito which was a decent serving that satisfied my breakfast urge. My wife ordered the omelet, though usually she’d order the breakfast burrito anytime we go out to breakfast.(Guess it’s the baby urging her to try something else) Both dishes were delicious and our wait staff was on point and friendly. It wasn’t very busy, so that may have helped. Also so reasonably priced and underrated I look forward to coming here again soon. 4 out of 5 stars for Eliana’s.

I work nearby and I’ve seen that it can get a little busy during lunch on the weekdays. And rightfully so, because they have friendly staff and awesome prices. Even though they have a nice variety on the menu, there are plenty of competitors opening up within blocks away… So, I honestly don’t know if I’ll be back anytime soon.

On a wed afternoon i was hungry after my coffee(yellow bill) and decided to go explore, and spotted this place across the street. looked it up and there werent much info about this place, so i walked over to check it out. when i got to the entrance i saw the special of the day which was a angus steak salad for only 7.99 so here i go in and try. When i walked inside i was given a menu and sat right down and decide what i want. i looked out the menu and they have so much choices and most items started out at 5.99 to 7.99 was the price range. They had like 6 different type of salads, and breakfast items as well. They had burgers as well which came with fries and a salad or soup for only 7.99 as well. When i looked how low the prices were i was kinda wow. i actually read someone on Unilocal mentioning about their breakfast burrito for only 2.99 or 3.99 which makes me want to come back. Anyways at the time and day i wanted to try a salad to keep it a light meal. I then proceed to order my steak salad which was special of the day for 7.99 and comes with garlic toasts as well. i then observe inside and around, well inside is nothing fancy or special and sort of run down and have a few décor on the walls and the tables were clean and simple. They had about 8 tables with 4 people seating and 3 large long tables in the middle of the restaurant which seat 6 people and up. i don’t think the place will have trouble carrying large groups. They also have outside patio seating too which has the side street view of O in front of Sam market. next my salad arrived, and i was like wow for the amount i got. it came in a big glass salad bowl with ice berg lettuce with carrots. red onions, blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and steak and my garlic toasts with vinaigrette on the side. i then next had a bite of the Angus beef steak as they advertised. it was very tender and lots of flavor. to me the steak was a bit on the saltier side. overall the ingredients inside the salad was fresh and crisp and no brown spot lettuce spotted. overall the salad was great but they did put a bit too much blue cheese inside and was just even more salty. overall i did like it and thought they were generous with the portion. also the garlic toasts that came with it was ok it was crisp and on the bland side not much garlic flavor to it. it was light to the garlic taste. there was no service through out no come up and check up and see how everything was or came to refill water. when i was done i just went up and pay and then left. there was 2 older ladies having salads as well. i also saw a older gentlemen having a burger or sandwich. overall this place is a hole in the wall type of restaurant, with affordable prices. i will be back to try other items or even coming here for brunch and no they dont have mimosas if your wondering because i mention brunch because usually when i hear brunch first thing i ask myself is there aycd mimosas haha… also they do have menudo on the weekends so that’s a plus.

LOVETHISPLACE! We go every weekend, Saturday or Sunday for brunch. We love the fact that the servings are little smaller and much less expensive than other places. if you want to order big, you can. but the regular dishes we get are a little smaller. the staff is always helpful and on the ball. I’m giving 5 stars and the fact that we go every weekend should say a lot about this place. come try it out! you can also sit outside when it’s nice out.

Downtown Sactown can be kinda empty on the weekends, but luckily we found this place for a Sunday breakfast. Seating outside, $ 3.99 meals, an attentive waiter who offered coffee refills maybe five times while we were there, Breakfast burrito. Can’t go wrong.

Friendly servers. Great cook. Perfect location. Easy parking. DELICIOUS food. Do I have you sold yet? Did I mention that Eliana’s menu is inexpensive? The quality of food is perfection. You cannot go wrong with all that they have to offer. Even though I love all of their food, I especially love coming for breakfast. If it’s your first time here go ahead and try the breakfast burrito or Chiliquilas. Oh goodness… can I just say YUMMY in my TUMMY. If you are coming for lunch, ya gotta go for the burger. I always come when Gabe is serving. He is the BEST and always takes care of his customers. When I do come I always come on weekend mornings. During this time, I never have problems with parking. Next time you want to try a new place for breakfast or lunch, go to Eliana’s. You will be satisfied and will probably want to come back again.
