I believe that participating in therapy can result in many benefits, including an understanding of your personal goals and values, improved relationships, and resolution of the problems that led you to seek therapy. I also believe that therapy can improve mood, increase energy and help renew one’s outlook on life.

When working with couples, my goal is to help them restore their relationship to a better and healthier level of functioning without breaching their core values and beliefs.
