I don’t write reviews, however, David Kite and his team have earned this one.
I came in after visiting another agent and I have to say that the contrast in service and approachability is like night and day.
David was extremely attentive, energetic and full of knowledge.
If you need insurance, of any kind, you should stop in and meet the team. If you have any questions or doubt this review (since Unilocal can now legally alter reviews), contact me. For what it’s worth, this is also my grandmother’s agent – and she’s a pretty hard woman to impress.

I’ve never had any issues with David Kite and State Farm, but what really impressed me was when I called to cancel my policy. It was literally no more than a 2-​minute conversation. No resistance or sales pitch. Just efficient and straight to business.
The only reason I canceled was because I will be doing extended travel abroad. If I come back to Sacramento, I would sign up with David Kite again.

So I moved out of the parents house, got married, and put on my big boys pants. This means it is time that I start paying for my insurance. David and his staff took this mama’s boy under their wings and were great about explaining everything that I needed, and things that I didn’t. They were extremely informative answering all of my questions, patient when I changed my mind, and efficient every time I needed something. I would recommend their services to everyone. I recently moved to LA, but still keep my insurance through David.

I have been with this office of State Farm for over ten years. I can assure anyone that Michelle and the others in this office are awesome! Even after the last agent (Larry) retired I was please with the transition. Well worth the personal attention and rates are good too.
