They make the repair and claims process stress free after dealing with the stress of being in an accident and having to get your car repaired. All of the employees there are super friendly and you can tell they pay great attention to making sure all vehicles are repaired correctly and quickly and that all their customers leave happy!

What can I say cooks made my car look brand new and it is a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. Shout out to all the staff. Very professional. Special thanks to Luis Manzo. If your ever in a collision come to Cooks they will take good care of your car. Im very happy and satisfied.

I DO NOT recommend this shop/​location to get your car repaired. they have a certified appraiser Luis that clearly doesn’t do his job. I took my vehicle as it was in a accident with all air bags deployed and did not asses this damage on the estimate. when I took my vehicle to another body shop; they advised this body shop did not account for a lot of the damages. they found additional 10,000 worth of damages… I think the shop is a crook so be careful if u take ur car there. I will be reporting this to my insurance company as this is their preferred shop!!!

Great place! After I was rear ended I took my car here to get fixed up. Sadly, my vehicle was a total loss so I can’t really speak about their work, but the service was excellent. The receptionists were so nice, and the estimator Luis was great too. Free refreshments as well. A little hard to find, just look for the big Cooks Collision sign and it is in the very back. Only real negative was that I had to wait for a lot longer than I expected, but not a huge deal.

This is my second time having my car repaired with Cooks on Florin Rd. This time I had a nicer vehicle so it was more important to me to have it fixed right and Cooks did just that. They were prompt, I was able to get my car back before Thanksgiving. They did a wonderful job and Christina is always great!

Words of advice… Before having the windshield changed, inspect the old windshield with the new windshield to be sure tint matches exactly to factory windshield. If it doesn’t, it means it’s the wrong part, or an OEM windshield is required. Do the comparison yourself. Remember, it’s your car, and any assurance or promises made that the windshield will match should be taken with a grain of salt.

Got my 2011 Subaru Legacy Repaired here at this location. Did a Great Job on all the repairs, «feels like Im driving a brand new car». Big ups to Mark Tipton he was a big help on giving me updates on my vehicle. Very recommend anyone needing repairs done on there vehicle here.

Great work and super customer service from the office staff in communicating about my car. If I ever need accident repair again I won’t hesitate going to this Florin rd location.

Went to get an estimate here for my boyfriends car… Customer service was excellent! The receptionist and and estimator were extremely helpful!!! If we decide to get the repairs done we are definitely coming here.

Cooks staff is very professional and the job turned out great.

Had some insurance work done after an accident here. The communication between myself and the company seemed fine and it was all done in a timely manner. However when I got my car back I immediately noticed that there were some problems with the different warning lights popping up. I spoke to them and was directed to my insurance co. Come to find out after checking documents and pictures, Cooks staff decided to rig my car to make the lights work to there liking and took parts out of the cluster. My vehicle was taken back to a dealer to get all new parts and needless to say the insurance company went after Cooks! I would not recommend cooks services to anyone whether this was the work of just one employee or not they obviously don’t have quality control going on here
