Description

Specialties

Epicurious, THE website for foodies says that beer may be more food friendly than wine. We teach you how to pair beer with local, seasonal food that you cook. We’ll provide all recipies, instruction and supplies. Classes take about three hours including a meal at the «Community Table» with paired beers.

History

Established in 2010.

Tap & Table was created over beers — if you can imagine. :)

The immediate vision for Tap and Table is to bring new friends into the Club to share a love for fresh, seasonal food and great craft beers. As each new Club member enjoys their experience, we hope they’ll return and challenge us with new menu ideas and new craft brews they’d like to taste. The long term vision for Tap and Table is to create a community foundation that offers funding to organizations that unite our community around food. We hope to fund projects that bring local produce to restaurants (farm to table), provide food-job training to students, and bring multiple generations into the kitchen.

We believe in eating and drinking well, obviously. We invite guests into our home that enjoy the same. See you at the Community Table.
