I was looking for a good apartment complex for my family and I and I have checked out quite a few in the area and this place is hands down better than the rest. The people that work here are very nice and extremely helpful. I was helped by Taylor and she took me around and showed me the model apartment they had and answered all the questions I had and made me feel like this was the place to live. The apartments are clean, cozy and comfortable and overall just nice. I will definitely be going back and calling this place home and if you decide to live here ask for Taylor or Kym, everybody that works there seems nice but they really helped me out a lot and didn’t make me feel like they were just going through the motions to get me to rent the apartment like other places I have been to.

All is good here. Roaches?! Where?!
my sister in law lived here since 2013 and shes never had that problem and I’ve never seen any either. as far as management and office staff they are very nice and helpful. Maintanence work orders are completed very quickly. The only thing I can complain about is maybe the laundry room but thats nothing that cant be fixed. A plus is the community center across the street its very nice my family and I went over to check it out and it has so much to offer the community if you have kids make time to check it out.

man i gues with time the good people go this is a slum building the property manager she is very unprofessional i regret renewing my lease this last time. The lease consultants r great but yeahmthe property manager will make u very angry… as a young Afro american single mother of a disabled toddler child she is very cold hearted jo i didnt get put out., im sill a resident but consider anything else besides this slum building

0 stars. Very Unprofessional staff the worst I’ve Experience ! In a Ghetto neighborhood ! Stay away ! Don’t bother consider living here ! Ants & cockroaches within 3months of living have appeared. Unfriendly tenants, & never any available visitors parking.

I have lived here for 3 months now and really enjoy my apartment. I moved here from los Angeles and they made it really easy to everything from la. Most of the staff is amazing they make you feel like you are there family. I would recommend my family and friends to live here. Caroline is super nice and is always there to awnser any question I have. Kera is always on top of everything and makes sure you feel right at home. Ali is the most funniest man I have met. When I call and he picks up I always expect a joke or two. He keeps you on your toes. The maintance staff is very quick to respond and make sure everything is done and safe. The security is so friendly and always say hi to the residence and gets to know everyone. I love when they have an event and all the neighbors are in lounge and getting to know everyone. It truely feels like a big family.
