Established in 2003.

CTS started in 2003 developing applications in the political area. Business quickly grew and expanded to web design and custom website development, SaaS model software, mobile applications, software development, IT management, and software consulting services. CTS has expanded from a home business to an established office in Midtown, Sacramento, and the business continues to grow.

Now focusing on web design technologies and cloud services, CTS can provide you with the expertise necessary to be more effective online.

Business Owner

For more than 10 years, Bobby has been providing web based solutions to political campaigns, associations, nonprofits and small and large businesses. He provides technical consulting and software expertise to such clients as Apple and Pearson.

Bobby began his web based career shortly after graduating from MIT in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science, where he concentrated his studies on emerging web technologies. His first solutions included cloud based voter targeting database programs. From there, he added professional web design to his portfolio, along with online fundraising and eCommerce solutions. After successfully developing more than 30 websites, he launched his first Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to improve fundraising in the political arena, and grew that product to support clients in California and Washington D.C.
